Just saw the BotCon "Theft of the Golden Disc" vid. Frankly, I like this one better.

Also, the music from 3:27 to the end sounds kind of like the sound effects in the briefing room in Starcraft, Zerg campaign. Was that intentional?

This was actually pretty good. I liked seeing Waspy as a helicopter-bot; it suits him. Wish the fight scene between Dinobot and the cops had been more extensive though. Good job!

Well, the bodies do look similar, but Dinobot had no Dino-head on his chest and I think it was Waspinator who had helicopter parts on his back (maybe I miss saw and they were wings). But, I think he point the animators were making was that the beast modes they acquired on earth probably fit very well with their original structures and the specific beast modes chosen by the individual 'bots was influenced by these shapes. However, you very well could be right with me not paying enough attention.

Why do Terrosaur and Tarantulus look like they already have their beast forms?

I tried to match kibble to kibble. So while Terrorsaur is a jet, his transformation is similar, Tail (thruster) forms the chest, cockpit goes where the head is, etc. Tarantulas is a cycle, but apparently, he's tricked out, lots of leg-like exhaust pipes.

Love the visuals, truly mindblowing & exactly how i would have invisioned the pre-earth formes, but of course, Timelines had to try & be visually complicated & do them stupidly.
