I was born in Franklin Park Il in 1956 and have not been back since, even though I'm not far. My parents owned a little two bedroom brick home on Dora Street. Then they followed Irving Park road to Itasca where they lived until 1965. I am planning a visit to both places and appreciate your video, even tho the flood was terrible.

I live in Schiller Park and River Road is closed off. Instead of detouring, it looks like my bus routes have completely stopped operating.

yep i was re routed all the way from berwyn to ohare just trying to get to stone park and i ended up in franklin park
