Only a year later he smashed the WJ record at 16 so typically when someone does that you expect them to be one of the top runners in the world when they reach their prime. When you see a young star perform well a common reaction is "This kid will be good one day". its hard to believe anybody would have doubted bolt at any time in his career past this point.
