First of all. You cannot take a sentence from a book, put words in its mouth- for you may not do so, that book is holy is it not? If the meaning of the sentence wasn't about the speed of light then why perceive it as so? Doesn't it already have a meaning? for if not then the equation can be ANYTHING.
