@Dakedoom I'd mostly agree with you, but to me personally it seemed to me that the focus of I'd Like to Report a Burglary was more on how rediculous the voices and ways of talking were, whereas in I'd Like to Buy a Hearing aid, it's more on the interaction difficulties between the people.
