As speed increases on a bicycle there is a corresponding increase in pedal cadence. This is true of all reciprocating/rotating machines....organic or not. In order to utilize ones aerobic ability and increase speed one needs to increase cadence. Since aerodynamics play a role in top speed we are limited to only pushing down on the pedals when time trialing otherwise our backs would arch terribly from trying to turn the cranks at much too low of cadence. We try to increase speed by pulling up.
The aero/TT bar is too far away from you. In order to put maximum power through the bicycle you need to have your arms tucked much closer to your body. This will allow you to stabilize your upper body against pedaling torque and to pedal faster.
A common mistake in these days of clipless pedals is to overemphasize the upward stroke. We are all becoming better pedalers by turning full circles and pulling up very hard on the back stroke. This causes you to arch your back too much.
this is aero..but..u seem to be compromising on efficiency..the angle yur psoas muscles and hip flexors have with your core are too acute for any effective force moment..but very very aero. Its a balance bro. :)
m8 you need a much shorter stem.. the angle where you armpit is needs to be 90 degrees. so you just need to retract your arms to they're not so stretched out.
Having had a Leader frame, I can say that the headtube is extrememly short. Certainly need a much shorter stem. Too far 'reaching out'. Then stack the stem about 15mm with spacers. Seat angle on Leaders is fine, just need to shorten and raise the stem. You'll notice better breathing and more leg power afterwards.
you should lower your seat a little bit, i wold start a cm or so, and then work from there. also your elbows and shoulders should be a little more perpendicular. It looks a little bit to stretchec out and you will certaintly loose some power in that posisiton.
This does not look very efficient at all lol

Your knees should be around a inch away from your elbows.
