@Vernuenftiger working flair actually speeds up a bartender. Freepouring, accurately, can be more efficient than jiggers due to no overflowing or residual liquid in optics.
i am a flair bartender and I can assure you I am very fast and my drinks taste spot on, with no ingredients on the floor.
However I also recognize there is a time to flair and a time to just batter drinks out, the same way if i am making a precise classic recipe or in mixology "mode" I will break out the jiggers.

I dont wanna diss the art of flairbartending, but mostly flairtenders are ordered as a piece of show. and if olives fall down the floor 3 times becaus the "cool" tender tries to be a shostar and you just want to get your (barely mixed, too mouch vermouth) Wodka Martini, then i see a problem
Where is prestwich at...that was great. Most TGI Fridays have some old school flair but that was impressive working flair garnish tricks. There is so many tricks that can be done with Garnish's. Creative ...especially the 5 cherries/sambuca...

Btw most flairbartenders may look cool, but are slow and their drinks taste crappy because half of the ingredients are on the Floor!
