2 Tim 3:16 says that all scripture is inspired by God. Using reason and intellect, we can know that it's the Holy Spirit who does this. God the Father is the creator, God the Son is the Redeemer, and God the Holy Spirit is the the one who inspires.

The Gospel according to Matthew was written by Matthew, not Jesus.
The Gospel according to Mark was written by Mark, not Jesus.
etc.
The Book of Acts was written by Luke, not Jesus.
The Letter of Paul to the Romans was written by Paul, not Jesus.
The First Letter of Paul to the Corinthians was written by Paul, not Jesus.
