I like them both so I see no need to even compare them. I enjoy watching both men do what they do best, which is kick ass in movies! As for real life fighting? That's something entirely different. MMA fighters are different beast all together.

Adkins does have an advantage being bigger and stronger. But Jaa has a advantage in speed. Its a classic case of bigger vs smaller, it just comes down who can make the best of the situation and adapt their style the most.
Men, men, men...get serious, both of them are good martialists...but you all forget that there is an important difference between a martialist and a fighter...could they win with a normal guy in a street fight? probably yes, and i'm not totally sure if other guy has more cms and more kilos...could they win with a good-level MMA fighter? Yes Tony Jaa is highly skilled, probably more skilled then Adkins but da thing is u have to consider the fact that Adkins is more built then Jaa thats undeniable so that plus his techniques would make Adkins a tough opponent to beat with skills alone all I know is that I wouldnt wanna fight either of them lmao
Both are actors and stuntmen, but they both are very skilled in there particular forms. Adkins is I believe a multiple degree blackbelt in more then one style. That being said I think Jaa's combination of Muay Thai and Boran would give him an edge on his feet but Adkins could take the fight to the ground where Jaa doesn't have the same skill level. I believe Adkins is also the bigger of the two so that would likely play a role in the fight as well.
@littlesnabes True they both are actors but they are both practitioners of the arts, but Jaa choreographs and does all of his own stunts. I don't know about Adkins so I'm not even gonna talk about his skill set. He learned entirely different fighting styles to complement his already deadly arsenal of moves. It is my belief that if a cage fighter got into the octagon with Jaa it would be over in a matter of minutes. Although ultimately it will come down to the ground game where he is the weakest
someone told me that getting hit by a muay thai guy is like getting into a 45 mph car wreck. now i don't know about you all but i have a feeling that getting into that would suck. plus now that he is learning new martial arts styles like kung fu, bushido, brazilian jiu jitsu i believe that tony jaa has the skill set to beat the shit out of anyone in a straight out martial arts masterpiece..... except chuck norris you just don't fuck with that man or his beard!

Here's my 2 cents...When you observe the CHOREOGRAPHED fights these guys put out...Tony Jaa's look more "deadly", but this is because he's actually hitting his stunt men will full contact. Where he films he's actually put people in the hospital because he's really hurting them and it's allowed. Where Scott Adkins films you're not allowed to actually knee somebody in the face. Scott has to hold back. Respect to both guys though; I think they both rock.

They are both awesome fighters however, Adkins clearly has the advantage because of height, weight, leg and arms reach. For those that think the smaller fighter can beat the bigger fighter in this scenario it just isn't going to happen.

Both are actors and stuntmen, but they both are very skilled in there particular forms. Adkins is I believe a multiple degree blackbelt in more then one style. That being said I think Jaa's combination of Muay Thai and Boran would give him an edge on his feet but Adkins could take the fight to the ground where Jaa doesn't have the same skill level. I believe Adkins is also the bigger of the two so that would likely play a role in the fight as well.

@littlesnabes True they both are actors but they are both practitioners of the arts, but Jaa choreographs and does all of his own stunts. I don't know about Adkins so I'm not even gonna talk about his skill set. He learned entirely different fighting styles to complement his already deadly arsenal of moves. It is my belief that if a cage fighter got into the octagon with Jaa it would be over in a matter of minutes. Although ultimately it will come down to the ground game where he is the weakest

Here's my 2 cents...When you observe the CHOREOGRAPHED fights these guys put out...Tony Jaa's look more "deadly", but this is because he's actually hitting his stunt men will full contact. Where he films he's actually put people in the hospital because he's really hurting them and it's allowed. Where Scott Adkins films you're not allowed to actually knee somebody in the face. Scott has to hold back. Respect to both guys though; I think they both rock.

They are both awesome fighters however, Adkins clearly has the advantage because of height, weight, leg and arms reach. For those that think the smaller fighter can beat the bigger fighter in this scenario it just isn't going to happen.
