It´s a special kind of rubber foam (laying on the glass bottom), especially for the use in aquaria. It´s very easy to keep clean, just suck it off with a hose. But don´t use any other kind of rubber foam that is not recommended for the use in aquaria, it may contain poisonous substances.
@memyselfandi337 Bigger pet shops like Southern Aquatic do them, have 2 in stock. Coming in 3 colours but usually natural colour. I am waiting for stock to run out to get white one.
