This stupid troll should be fined and forced to clean cages and kennels at the local animal shelter for a period not less than 5 years. Anyone who would do such a despicable thing should also be given a mental evaluation and I hope everyone who knows this horrible woman will ostracize her. She deserves to be ridiculed and I do hope the courts are very strict with her. She is a menace to society and if she would do such a terrible thing to a defenseless animal, who knows what else she will do?
