  • Thank you all

  • The virtue of engineering & the physical sciences and why government should fund professionals in organizations and individually is that the peer review process works just like the market place. Physicists, chemists, electrical/mechanical engineers are held to a high standard by each other. Fraud is quickly sniffed out and punished meted out. The virtue of those disciplines is that their ideas are constantly subject to testing. Investing in them is safer than doing so in defense or health.

  • Yes, you have to listen to the message. Does what they say really line up with what they're doing and with what our country needs? If you do that it becomes obiously clear who to vote for: Dr. Ron Paul.

  • How can people truly think that a man who is for peace is dangerous to our foreign policy? Are people really that ignorant? War propaganda and fighting leads to more war! Is that what Americans really want? Are we a country that wants to go around being bullies to other nations?

  • @EndTimeLadyPreacher america is in no real danger if people are afraid in america with neighbours like canada and mexic how would they feel near russia? it's clearly a case of massive brainwashing ,maybe people should be told that dollar for dollar military spending creates the most fewer jobs than any other sector in the economy ,better try to go to mars than make war and it still will be a lot better for the economy

  • It's so sad. By the time I become old enough to vote, Ron Paul will either be dead or too old to run. MY GOD IF I COULD JUST VOTE FOR HIM....GRRR

  • @TheFrickinPope When Rand Paul runs against Democrat X (Hilary???) in 2016, you can still vote for liberty.

  • maybe my grandchildren will finally wake up and vote rand paul into the office..

  • At least we know that Rand Paul will be more than capable of replacing his father, if need be. He seems amazing.

  • @UnknownXV How about a father-son prez and vice-prez team? :)

  • I do ask myself those questions too Brown. How are the other candidates genuinely considered? What processes are firing in the minds of people voting for Mitt Romney?

That's taking the hand of a man that would sell you for a dollar over the man that would save your life for less.

  • @UnknownXV mitt is cool man good loocking and knew how to talk i personaly hate theese people your hart tells you to vote for them like obama for ex ,you think that their succes can become your succes but it's wrong actualy their succes comes becaouse most people are ugly fat talk simple ,only after you really listen to what they are sayng after you understand the subjects that matter you realize they don't actualy say anything and ron is the only one that makes sense

  • What does it tell us about Ron Paul that when his son was born he chose to call him Rand? Tells me he has held his beliefs for a long time, he's no flip flopper who changes his opinion with the wind.

  • Ron Paul is the only candidate that allows comments on his videos. That proves he is for liberty and freedom -- others are not!

  • THis is the longest I've listened to Rand speak.

Damn he's a smart guy. And he makes his Father shine with his words.

  • IF RON PAUL IS NOT IN THE BALLOTS WE WON'T VOTE.

  • @IgnacioAgramonte no...we WILL WRITE HIM IN!

  • CUBANS ARE FOR RON PAUL!!!

  • Raun paul numba 1.

    Do you have a question?

yea raun pawl he good, i liek him lotz.

    Ok next question.

    absolutely hysterical!!

  • Rand always does such an awesome jobe speaking for his father.

  • Ron Paul for 2 terms, Then Rand Paul for 2 terms, by then we should be fine :D He can take notes on what his Dad does.

  • Ron Paul taught lil Rand how to make speeches. Ron's just worn out from fame in my opinion.

  • Ron Paul isnt going to win. But he sure as hell is making a impact.

  • @GregariousGorilla Indeed. If Ron doesn't become president 2012, he or his son might in 2016 or 2020. I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of people who votes for Ron Paul would do it again without having to think a second.

  • If they give me the new Iphone with siri ,I'll vote for them

  • The United States needs to maintain a small Army capable of defending our borders. It's our Air Force and Navy that should bear the burden of projecting American power. Sufficient #s of marines and rangers could be trained as a quick response. I've been doing plenty of "research" for the past 12 years.

  • If we cut the defense spending in half, we could increase the NASA budget four times and still not get anywhere near the old spending. Why not explore the solar system? We'd put all the small, parochial peoples (Africans, Arabs) in their place. We might shock the Russians into reforming toward democracy and less corruption. We should support reform in Russia as an ally against China.

  • @MinisterAilingTongue obviously you didn't understand the economic issue with your proposal and that which Paul constantly has to allude to. All government spending does is redistribute wealth from one spending to another. More spending for NASA just means less spending for healthcare, infrastructure. Without a profit/loss system there is no way to know what is the best play to spend money in. That's why government spending is inferior and market economy is superior.

  • @lonewolf1369 The market has NO interest in many of the things NASA does. No market forces would give us rovers to discover minute detail on the Martian surface (Spirit, Opportunity), a Titanian probe to analyze atmosphere and geology (Huygens), increasingly resolved far infrared maps of the cosmic background to tell us about the formation of the cosmos (COBE, Wilkinson), voyages to the edge of the solar system (Voyagers 1&2), visits to the moon (Apollo) etc. W/resp 2 sci rich ppl r stupid& idle

  • @MinisterAilingTongue THAT'S THE WHOLE POINT. if there's no market value for a government program that means it has no real worth! Did you even bother to read my original comment? WHERE is your proof that spending the money on NASA on those projects is the best way to use those resources??? You have no proof because it's impossible to know! That money could have been spent on healthcare to save 5000 people. Is that more valuable or is NASA valuable? You can't know because there's no calculation

  • @lonewolf1369 To have scientific progress hinge on the whims of the über-rich doesn't make sense. Some of them make contributions, but they would never replace the funds government provides to the physics community. Do you support funding for DARPA? Well, NASA is underfunded which is why it doesn't yield as many new technologies. The private sector cannot afford to make even accidental discoveries PURELY for the sake of scientific advancement because they are slaves to profit.

  • @MinisterAilingTongue real scientific progress is at the hands of the MARKET, not the uber rich....even small businesses create scientific progress and they're not "rich"! The government doesn't do scientific progress, because SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH MONEY IS POLITICALLY DOLED OUT. Government spending doesn't dole out money according to the highest valued ends of consumers! It arbitrarily picks some areas of research over others! This is why soviet union had food shortage but had plenty of jets.

  • @MinisterAilingTongue DARPA copied HP which was already making networks to communicate amongst employees. The GUI was invented by Xerox....wireless communications was invented by Tesla, Marconi, etc...we don't need government to do any research....market research is the best because it aims to serve consumer needs and wants....government research is politically doled out, it's not concerned with satisfying consumer needs and wants, which is all that scientific research is good for!

  • @MinisterAilingTongue the only use of scientific advancement is TO SERVE HUMAN NEEDS AND WANTS dummy! That's WHY PROFIT IS IMPORTANT SILLY! Profit signals to entrepreneurs that what they are doing is WORTH IT and VALUABLE because it's serving the NEEDS AND WANTS of consumers! Why else would we do scientific advancement for? What the hell is the purpose of "for its own sake" other than to improve our lives????? Silly government spenders have no economic education!

  • @lonewolf1369 You've fallen into your own trap. I side with Lawrence Krauss and Ben Franklin when I say enlightenment through science improves human lives. I don't know why I bother with boors like you. Franklin was wont to ask what good is a newborn baby? when plebeians or idle people derided the utility of, say, studying electricity and building hot air balloons. Ron Paul's most glaring weakness is his improvident disregard for science. The key founders of our republic believed in it! Piss off

  • @MinisterAilingTongue your rude insults is not a refutation of my arguments. You still just don't get the problem of economic calculation. I am not opposed to science, I'm opposed to government funded, government directed science. The market will build balloons and electricity if consumers want to buy it, simple as that. The only way we know whether we should research something or spend money on it is if consumers are willing to buy it. Because that actually shows that it is benefiting lives.

  • @MinisterAilingTongue you think government funds "science." This is bogus. Government funds certain scientists over others, and funds certain projects over others based on politics and ideology. Obama gave millions to Solyandra and it is now bankrupt, waste of taxes. NASA has spent billions making useless junk that is outdated (Shuttle program). Government science just wastes the limited wealth that we have, instead of letting the market allocate it efficiently.

  • @lonewolf1369 health care is a result of a nation development not a priority you save people to do what ? it's a little bit grose at first to think about but then you realize that not only you save theese people for nothing you need to save more people in the future ,so healthcare should be a result of the nation's development with fix %gdp otherwise no matter how you increase funding the basic development remains the same no new resources available no new technologies and so on

  • @io007a your comment doesn't make any sense at all. I'm talking about government spending and its inability to do economic calculation. All government spending does is redistribute wealth from other types of spending that could have achieved more valuable ends. There is no way to economically calculate with government spending. So is it better to fund NASA or use that money to fund healthcare research which may save 6000 lives? which one is more valuable? Impossible with profit/loss system.

  • @lonewolf1369 correction, I meant it's impossible to economically calculate WITHOUT profit/loss system. This is why the Soviet Union had food shortages, and toilet paper shortages, while they had a giant military and space program. It's impossible to deploy scarce resources to achieve the highest valued ends without profit and losses and a price system. That's why government spending is always wasteful because the results may have been less than the costs of the spending.

  • @MinisterAilingTongue this is why it's so hilarious debating people who support government spending on anything. The calculation problem totally flies over their heads. All they see is the programs that are spent and ignore the POSSIBLY BETTER PROGRAMS that could have been spent with that same money! All you do when you spend in one program, you take away that money from other program! Money for NASA, means less money to healthcare, less to food production, less to energy...

  • @lonewolf1369 Trust me. I can handle the math of economics. Physicists have applied math to explain nature more than any other group. Welfare, healthcare, and military spending are able to prevent economic turmoil in that they make individuals more secure, stable, and long lived. What they don't do is create anything. They sustain. When spending is sloppy in those areas, the funds just get burned up. Science offers rewards that will live as long as the knowledge is preserved. That's the point!!!

  • @MinisterAilingTongue and which "science" do governments know best to fund? And how do they know which end is more valuable? Should they use the money to fund healthcare research, or NASA? Should it ALL go to healthcare research, or some of it to military? There is no way to know without profit/loss and prices. And military spending rarely benefits everyone, only makes contractors and employees rich while impoverishing the material standard of living of everyone else.

  • "Good morning Mr. Paul." 3:16 Probably doesn't even speak English as a first language judging by enunciation alone--and that a-MED-ica...and retarded based on her pitch for Paul. Why not POSE some questions?

  • If Ron Paul is the GOP nominee then he has my vote, but if he runs as a 3rd party candidate then I'm NOT voting for him only because of the fact that he will steal votes from the conservative side and Obama will win again. Obama CANNOT win again.

  • @CHTWillCome723

Lol and thats how you make sure Obama will win, and how you Americans keep fucking yourself over its because you care more about your little "clubs and groups" then about your fellow citizens and yourself I actually think its called "Herd Mentality"?.

Be real the, Only way to win against Obama is Ron Paul, if Romney is the Nominee then you will loose and thats guaranteed.

  • @spetznas101

The whole Party system should be abolished everybody should have to run as an independent and no party affiliation whats so ever allowed.

This way people vote for the guy they like the most rather then "they told me to vote for him so I did".

Ron Paul is the only one to be able to steal Youth votes, Soldier military family votes, independent votes and even Democrat votes. While Obama has no chance at getting republican votes. meaning Ron Paul would win.

  • @spetznas101 We'll see what happens... Whether you are right or not.

  • @WKaliberr My username describes you perfectly. How is it living in a constant haze of stupidity?

  • @ThePeytonic hahahhahaha your comment made me laugh at WKaliberr's :)

  • What still yanks my crank is that people don't see Ron is the ONLY peace candidate the last 30 years. He's the only one who voted against all the entitlement spending bills. He is the only one who would try to avoid wars rather than just kill innocent people because the military industrial complex wants more money. It's ridiculous that we're even talking about any other candidate as being a front runner. Ron is the only chance to fix this before the dollar dies.

  • @brown55061 us has only one way to avoid bankrupcy and that is to stop doing what other empires had done in history stop overextending their armys and their promises around the world ,military spending does nothing for the economy ,a lot more jobs can be created in any other sector with the same money ,hopfully ron paul will win in us ,on thing i would beg the american people think about the world if yo guys loose your freedoms for us there is no hope.

  • Did anyone see the picture of Rand Paul with his dad in uniform when he was just a toddler?

He was so cute! Like a little blond teddy bear!

  • Ron Paul's strongest asset is his common sense. Although there are many good people in the Federal government, its actions over the past few decades are just ridiculous.

It's time to legalize freedom once more.

    Ron Paul 2012

  • Rand Paul 2020 (after his father's 2 terms of course).

  • @jpayne68177 Father-son presidencies don't work that well, remember the Bush's? (I agree with you, just joking)

  • lol @ snowstorm, how about apocalypse, that would be a landslide !

  • Indeed, I do find Rand Paul to be a much better speaker than Ron Paul in conveying messages, but I think its probably because Ron paul is a old man.

  • that haitian caller was hilarious

  • He is a good speaker... and would be an excellent candidate in future presidential elections.

  • Ron Paul 2012!

  • How the hell do they call SS an entitlement. When I paid my money in it over years and years. Entitle: to give (a person) the right to do or have something; qualify; allow

  • @BigT27295 because people take out more than they put in

  • Rand is NOT a better speaker than RP. His ideas are simply less developed and less pure and thus he doesn't have to get out as much information as his father. He still has a lot to learn from his dad.

  • These callers are total idiots. The fact that all these people are allowed to vote explains why people like Bush and Obama get elected and Paul & Paul will never get elected. Citizens will never elect anyone who is smarter than they are.

  • @CynLibSoc The STUPID citizens won't vote for him anyway. The STUPID should not run any nation, regardless how many there are nor how loudly they can shout. Ever read "Imperium"?

  • It's finally happening. After 5 years of endless vigilance this is where we are. The guy around 17:00 if ducking frunk. Too bad these journalists keep asking the same tired questions and receive no different answers. Today is make or break. I hope to wake up to make.

  • Rand Paul wishing for a snow storm... just proves my point Ron Paul supporters will go out and vote even if were in the midst of a thermo nuclear apocalypse.

  • If Paul goes independent because of his party attacking him I will donate the maximum amount to his campaign and I can imagine a lot more people doing the same.

We're all tired of the two party system.

End the Fed, End the Corruption, End the wastful military spending overseas and INCREASE our national defence!

Ron Paul has it 100% correct!

  • i dont agree on immigration children should not be blamed for their parents action

  • @peporor Having children to secure a position in a country illegally for the benefit of wealth is arguably wrong too.

  • @peporor Well... it is a tenet of Christianity. Sons pay for the mistakes of their Father. But another way to look at it is , Your right in that the children are the victims. Shouldn't we hold the Parents accountable ? How can this be done as to not affect the kids ? I would say we must as strongly as possible discourage illegal immagration. By securing the borders.

  • lol he sounds like his dad probably will carry his dads legacy when he passes respect

  • Lets go New Hampshire!! Vote Ron PAUL!!!!!!

  • Rand Paul has a brilliant mind, Definitely future pres material.

  • The more i listen to Rand the more i like him, great guy and a potential presidential candidate in the future!!!

  • @TomasKristiansen

You are obviously young as he ran for POTUS in 2008. He is also in his 70s.

    He has to win now.

  • @alwaysopen , are you talking about rand or ron here, i supported ron back in 2008 but evil beck was on his mission to destroy ron paul`s campaign. Anyway, i`am a little confused, who is the other 70 year old guy in rons family, his brother??

  • If I close my eyes and listen to Rand Paul, it feels like I'm listening to Ron Paul.

  • For The Constitution!!!

  • Comment removed

  • i rather paul run like third party candidate

  • 16:05...wow Rand, don't choke and die on us!

  • RON PAUL 2012 from Fryslân NL

  • I hope everyone is going to change dot org to sign the petition to get Ron Paul on 60 minutes

  • We want a snowstorm. GOD MAKE IT HAPPEN!

  • Good interview but asking if Ron Paul is going to run as a 3rd party candidate must be a condition of employment for reporters because they bring it up nearly every time. Guess they want to show "The NWO" that they got the memo. They are trying to cast doubt on the unshakable Ron Paul.

  • I think all the RON PAUL vids are being capped at 301 by the MSM to protect the maintstream vote..hehe....fuc8in SCUMBAAAGS !

  • Rand Paul is intelligent like his father.

  • ALL Ron Paul vids stuck at 301, 310, 302, etc views

  • "DANGEROUS" ...TO THE BANKSTERS

    NO MORE

    UNDECLARED WARS

    FOR PROFITEER BANKSTERS

RON PAUL IS DANGEROUS ---- TO THE ESTABLISHMENT BANKSTERS!!!

    - RON PAUL OR NONE AT ALL!

  • "we're hoping for a big snow storm" LOL

    RON PAUL or REVOLUTION 2012

  • Rand Paul's a better Speaker than Ron, but he needs some more experience in his Senator seat before he's ready to be the President himself.

He should be ready by 2020 though =D

  • @SergeantPepper99 Right. Obama campaigned for his next job in every office he held. That's why he had no experience.

  • @SergeantPepper99 Obama served like a half of a term and was running for President. Rand 2016

  • @SergeantPepper99 but he doesn't understand liberty as well!

  • @SergeantPepper99 I always say the opposite. Ron is better at articulating his point of view where Rand tries to be a politician and comes off as being ambiguous.

  • @SergeantPepper99 I wonder what would happen if Rand Paul was VP? Is there a rule against that?

  • wow just like robots, even CSPAN asks him about a third party run lol do they ever ask that of Romney?

  • If Ron is elected can Rand Paul be VP? That would be awesome!

  • @EvilLeparacaun In theory, he could run with Rand as a Vice; but, during the election cycle he would be subject to numerous attacks over a "conflict of interest." Would it be nice if done successfully? Yes, I suppose it would. That said, his electability would be crippled by the idea of him having his family member in the White House with him. Not to shut you down or anything, but that's the facts.

  • @DimebagsZombie Yes that's probably true, perhaps he should run for president in the future. I only suggested because Rand Paul and Ron Paul seem to be the only politicians that aren't bought and paid for.

  • @EvilLeparacaun Wouldn't you rather have him in Congress or in the Supreme Court? VP position is kinda.. ineffective.

  • @tylerwylie LOL, Tell that to Dick Cheney!

  • @EvilLeparacaun nice thought but Rand would serve him better as senator to vote and advocate for Dr Pauls positions to make the necessary cuts. How about Judge Andrew Napalatano another constitutionalist

  • @Sheeple101 Are you talking about Sir William Davenant? If so, what does he have to do with anything? Also, learn how to word your questions correctly if you expect a solid debate. Go back and read your post. Your English is terrible. Next, you want to talk about pride? Pride is a foolish thing to have and/or fight for. Crown of foreign "rain"? I think you mean "reign". Learn how to speak properly, then maybe I'll consider continuing this convo.

  • Remember you can fool some of the sheeple some of the time but you cannot fool the people at all! America has always had watchdogs that never were fooled or blinded. America and Switzerland have been the only country with the heart of the people willing to stand for by their rights to be free.

  • What a bunch of retards the callers are

  • I have never met one single person in my whole life from New Hampshire

  • I absolutely CAN NOT believe there is one AMERICAN who is afraid of Iran. It is so laughable. It's kinda like a real Marine being afraid of Gomer Pyle. Not only that, Iran is half a world away. Where is all this fear coming from? It's nutty.

Remember the 2009–2010 Iranian election protests? That country has bigger issues than fighting with the USA.

    Boo! (Did you jump?)

  • Ron Paul is an amazing politician, however sometimes I think some think he's weak or too light on explaining the answers. Rand Paul is exactly what his father needs to define the answers to questions Ron gets bombarded with at times, where he has the struggles of the answers rand is a great explainer of his dads comments.. So now that he explained that his dad will enforce peace in Iran if declared the media needs to ensure that all the "he dangerous" comments need to leave!!

  • i thought russia has more nuclear weapons than the us has.

  • @Sheeple101 studying a bit of history will show that the UK didn't fall into any trap. In fact America is the one who fell into the trap set by the royalty in The UK. The revolutionary war was fought specifically to break away from the banks and royalty taking away the freedoms of man and look at who's controlling the US today. The jokes on us my friend.

  • @legacy917 You still don't get what life is there since Sir Dee Williams... you NEVER had freedom... so you don't understand and cannot understand the pride of America. You have been under crown of a foreign rain for hundreds of years. Your crown has you tricked so you are not aware of the facts...

  • Comment removed

  • @legacy917 Sorry thought is come from the other commenter. You are correct but you have to remember they are still being tricked and never had what we have or had. My pride still shows through even when I try to keep it in check!

  • Please remember your grandmother and little sister are reading this too...

  • I think it's fucked up how they cut off the caller before Senator Paul could answer all of his questions. He was so focused on one question that he had forgotten what the others were and when he asked to have it repeated, the host was like, " uh derp

  • @Californiakid5 Forget that!! How's about Dr. Ron Paul: President / Rand Paul: Vice President 2012!! Then repeat in 2016. Then, Rand Paul President 2020! That sounds a bit better to me ey?!!

  • @legacy917 I think they too would stand by Washington on this point and not stay in power do long... not good and we have to teach NEW Pauliticians how to stand by the constitution... they need to be leaders to all that wish to run for office.

  • funny thing is if Ron was mistakenly send to hell would reform hell to the point it would become heaven... I do see this man can remain cool under even the most heat!

  • @Sheeple101 You tellem brother :)

  • @Sheeple101 Thanks for the laugh and dose of ironic reality. Ron Paul 2012

  • Ron Paul supporters are like the United States Postal Service...They deliver in all kinds of weather!!

  • lol SNOW STORM...The Dedication of RP supports...I LOVE IT.

  • @beexsama Yes LET IT SNOW in HELL too...

  • So what happens if all the others drop out tomorrow except Ron Paul and Romney. Then what? Does the media then call Romney the winner and call off the campaign? bwahahahaha idiots.

  • Paulinomics and Paulitics - 2012

  • Everyone keeps asking what would you do to iran if you were president since they are getting nukes. I think since obama is already going to attack iran and start war, we should ask what will ron do WHEN he becomes president to fix the damage done by obama over the next months until november. It doesnt matter what ron WOULD do. But what will he do to fix what obama does over the time of the election.

  • THINK WATER NOT WAR... we can all drive on water ...

  • Rand Paul for Secretary of Defense.

  • @Junky53 I need to see Rand as VP so if so cannot be SoD

  • @Junky53 We really need him in the Senate though! But he would be great in any position.

  • Even the way the voting system state by state is geared for the Sheeple mentality are the sheeple can see where others are going before they vote... if everyone had to vote at the same time it would be a totally different outcome! BHAAA to the sheeple, please turn over in bed and VOTE THE PAUL'S FOR PRESIDENT IN 2012...

  • hahaha

  • lady at 3:15 sounds so toasted

  • @batesmade just goes to show...even drunks are starting to pay attention

  • @Chansulus Sadly, yes I do - hence, the laughter. Even Rand slightly smirked after he said he it. Krauthammer, Hannity, Wallace, Baer, and many more said that "if it snows in Iowa, Ron Paul wins; if not, Romney." So, I laughed when the junior Dr. Paul said that. And if the statement is true, I hope it snows in New Hamphire on January 10.

  • @MRoane41 for that matter, if the snow helps LET IS SNOW IN HELL

  • That was one hell of a cough

  • SMART PEOPLE.

  • Ron Paul is #1 on the internet. Make it happen.

  • @Junky53 heard of some of these polls like YT etc, do you have site names to go to to vote? cant even find YT poll.

  • Must....ask...question....about....3rd party run

  • SNOWSTORM BECAUSE PAUL SUPPORTERS WILL STILL VOTE BECAUSE THEY ARE MOTIVATED AND GIVE NO SHITS ABOUT FROZEN WATER FLOATING IN THE AIR!!! RON PAUL !

  • epic sneeze

  • the vast majority of Obamas (and romneys) donations come from Goldman Sachs not small doners. look it up.

  • I dont watch bullshit tv, or the soaps, or reality tv, but I can tell you whos running for president. and I can tell you whos winning on the internet or alternative media, its ron paul. baaa baaaa shhhhhhhheeeeeeeppppp. sorry.

  • Please, don't bring this to the people, this is about the government and the NWO takeover. End fighting is not going to help much at this point... concentrate please... and remember that your grandmother is probably reading your comments... try to keep it clean so the kids can partake in this too.
