I work at Midland and we had two hours of downtime because of this accident

Hmm,looks like alcohol was likely involved,or at least suspected,and if you are paying attention to your driving,or are from the area especially,you would know if you were taking the wrong ramp,well before you actually got on to the highway,it's definately not the roads fault.

Before you go accusing this of being an alcohol-0related accident, maybe you should take into consideration that this woman drives to Miramichi every morning and is completely exhausted. Also, she had a professional paper with the deadline in the morning, and also a lot of personal stress. This woman did walk out of the car with a busted lip, but also a very deep wound in her knee, bruises on all of the left side of her body, broken fingers, joints, and hand-bones. She was off work for a week.

Due to the body shock and trauma, she underwent a seizure in her daughter's arms.

@JeffyMor  so basically what you are saying is that she was driving while impaired. You do know that it's illegal to drive while impaired by a lack of rest don't ya ? I see 4 wheelers on the wrong side of divided highways all the time but I can honestly say that I have never ever seen a commercial vehicle travelling on the wrong side of a divided or any other hwy.

Not a wonder on how things like this happen the way the design the offramps and on ramps to the highways here, People get on the wrong side of the Trans Canada, Highway 15 to Shediac and Wheeler Blvd all the time!!!
