اقای بنی صدر تو که خودت اعتراف کرده ای که اقای خمینی تو را رئیس جمهور کرد, تو که میدانستی که منتخب مردم نیستی، چرا ان شغل را قبول کردی؟ ولایت فقیه که بعد از رئیس جمهور شدن نو نیامد که! پس تو قبول کردی که رئیس جمهور ناقض ازادی باشی
Montazeri was dead against the word "Motlagheh" .He never voted on the revision of the constitution to add that word to the Velayat-e faghih ( madeye shomareh 107). He never agreed to to take the word " Marjaiat" out. And he never said valye faghih should be montasab, rather montakhab. Khamenei didnt like the word "marjaiat"and didnt want to be montakhab-e y mardom. Please read the constitution and its obvious revision.
