what happens if when you are growing up ..your endocrine system isn't nourished or cultivated..are there ways through behaviorism that parents shut down endocrine functions that reinforce social conditioning, and influence the way children mature to adulthood..if certain endocrine functions have atrophied are there ways to reinvigorate or reactivate them..I was always tired and un-rooted,chubby,spacey, awkward, growing up, when I reached adulthood I really felt blocked, yoga has helped.

@catgumart I'll take a go at this question. The pituitary gland is the "master gland" of the system. If you can get that up and running, it seems only natural that the rest of your endocrine system would wake up. When yogis focus their eyes at the "3rd" eye, or brow point, that is physically stimulating the pituitary gland by pulling on the optic nerves. See if there is a kundalini yoga studio in your area... there are a lot of ways it can help to get the endocrine system back in shape!
