I think Lord God is Satan. Satan wants to be like God. Chapter 5:1,2 says God made their name Adam(KJV).
In Genesis 2:17 shows Lord God lies because KJV says in the day you will surely die.
We have been born into Lord Gods world and our only way out is by turning away from sin. Or its a illuminati hand book. But I myself believe there is one earth with two creations Good/evil and two heavens one of God and one of Lord God. By the way Adam was the illuminati founders name.
It says "then the Lord God places the garden of Eden to the east"... East of what? Are they suggesting the earth is flat? Also, later Lord God puts the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and forbids Adam to eat from it. But if Adam doen't know whats right and wrong, how would he know that it was bad to go against god's will?

...they are differnt accounts of the same thing. the gospels are all different yet they do not contradict eachother (that i know of). i thikn what is likyl the case of different literally styles (lord god and god) is that it is two diffent authors. i have never seen any account that say they KNOW who wrote genesis. most say it is likely to be moses, but i dont remeber where i saw that. but read chapter 2 again but use the kjv1611 and see where AND is as opposed to THEN , then see how it works

first i urge you strongly to use a kjv1611. as ive allready told you about the words THEN god did this (as apposed to AND god did this). i dont claim to know why one says god and 2 ssays lord god. but i consider the possibilty of the same thing with the gospels...
peace chev! quiete a daunting task you have taken up to do the whole bible. well lemme contirbute to this. rest. well to your question about what specfically did he mean by rest; rest is a general term. so from it you can extract all the things that can truly be called rest (appropriately). some words are very specific, sometiems very general words are used.
the point of a sabbath is to rest yourself, something we dont exactly always do on our days off, very underrated as something healthy.
