at least they remembered the flag this time..lol. look i am a welder and several women work as welders and they get paid the same as me. as far as CEO's they get paid differently depending on their experience and what they bring to the table. look how they calculated those numbers comparing women to men's jobs. this is about wage suppression. they want to lower what men make to equal women. that is what this is about. i have had alot of jobs and when women do the same job they get paid the same.

Well the Paycheck Fairness Act is designed to marginalize and stratify the labor force between contract \ temp and actual hires. It's meant to drive down wages which separated from productivity 40 years ago. This should keep America in decline yet still producing in our pseudo-free trade globalist economy. Essentially the legislation will put downward pressure on wages.

They will essentially divide and conquer themselves with expensive lawsuits and litigation. You may ask why Obama is doing this in such a dire economy. @Leoncio9999 It hasn't been passed. Majority of Republicans have voted no on it.  A woman can only sue 180 days from the date of the first instance of discrimination. The new bill would allow for going back from 180 days from the last pay check where discrimination occurred.

There are different types of jobs that require different skills and different amount of expenses.

There is no possible way to follow an "equal pay" policy without having some be robbed and others compensated above what they really are making.

Salaries is a matter between the employer and the employee.

The employee sells his labor to the employer not the other way around.

Stay out of the market, the more you get in the more poverty there is.

@asperin AGREED. When you look at the actual numbers the wage gap is the Raw Wage Gap or the disparity of earnings between all men and women in the the entire work force.
