physical features of the face, fairly common to East Asian bloodlines which i think are exceptionally attractive: recessed nasal bridge/brow and epicanthic folds. it gives the eye region a more "refined" look imho. it is quite different from my own ugly face. Euge, when you're in front of the camera and you cast your eyes to the side or downward, this feature of your face becomes more prominent and, to me, you look positively statuesque <3

Asians don't really have smaller eyes. They do have an extra layer of fat on their upper eyelids (it has a name and it's embarrassing for me not to remember it because I'm an ophthalmologist) so their eyes usually look narrow, but sometimes they actually look huge. It's because during the glaciation some groups of humans moved to warmer areas and some stood in colder ones. Asian eyes were originally meant to provide extra protection against snow storms. Today they just look cute.
