You show a picture of St Martin's College, Lacey, Wash. Sorry to disappoint you but it's the wrong St Martin's College. The song was written by Jarvis Cocker who went to Central St Martin's College of Art and Design in London. That's where he is referring to in the lyrics, not somewhere in Washington.
