The Arab conquerors numbered in the tens of thousands; Egypt's population was estimated at five million. Do you honestly think they had that much of an effect? Egypt has a historically large population that has been absorbing newcomers since antiquity. It may get altered left and right, but it's always been too huge to be significantly distorted.

Do you really think they drew pictures of serpents being crowned and worshipped while people wore hats and carried staff's that resembled snakes because they were bored one day? egyptians never had camera's or anything like that back in those times, so they literally drew what they saw with their own eyes. I think, that these buildings stood way before the Egyptian civilization. They just carved everything, what we see now, in the walls already built. Kind of graffiti at their time. There is a great cross-leap between half-gods, and humans. Humans used already built structures as tombs, to get closer to "magic", at that time still fresh in their memory, that we completely lost by now...

First off, I think the alien nonsense is rediculous. Period. To me it;s bullshit. But, people are actually looking at history, especially ancient history. And, they're discovering that, in a way, they have been misinformed. The ancients were very, very intelligent. Far from being the barbarians we grew up imagining them to be in history class.
They're also probably learning that *complexity* doesn't really indicate that a civilization is more *advanced*.

I find it so insulting to say the pyramids where built by Aliens. People that look like my self have never been giving credit for anything since the rise of Rome. As long as Rome is in Charge we will continue to not get credit, but Rome can not rule forever because they do not understand all our science the keys are in our DNA.
