That is actually from season four of Doctor Who...the first section of the season finale called Stolen Earth. I had seen it in other vids and when I asked where they got it (cause I wanted to use it) they graciously provided the information. :-)

And, while I can relate to the bitterness towards COE, I have to say that without it I couldn't have done my Amazing Grace vid, which was the first vid I've had that made the finals for the Creative Junkyard awards. So, while I hate the way it turned out, I am ultimately grateful for the angsty material it provides me as a vid-maker. LOL. What can I say?

I actually think, this song captures their relationship perfectly, especially the bit where he says 'all the things we never say', they never say 'i love you' bcos they dont have to XD.

I really liked it. I think your choice of scenes captures their realtionship perfectly. The kiss at the end is one of my favorite moments. It is hot and tender all at the same time. I've always see Ianto as very masculine and confident and an equal to Jack especially in seaon two where they featured him more.
I totally agree! I always hate the way so many fans feminize Ianto...like they lose or ignore the fact that they are both guys...therefore, both can be strong and masculine. There doesn't have to be a boy(Jack)/girl(Ianto) aspect to it...I'm glad you liked the vid...I just really wanted something strong to counter all the girly Ianto vids out there...nothing wrong with romance, but you don't have to make him a chick to do it, you know?
Thank you! Glad you liked it...sometimes I can be a bit of a minimalist so the vids tend not to have a lot of showy, frou-frou effects, but personally I think it adds to the emotion to just have it laid out plain in front of you...others, though, do feel differently. Thanks for the validation. :-)

Yay! I'm so glad you liked it! Truth is, I wasn't too sure it was going to turn out. I've been battling a head cold the last couple of days but wanted to get it done so I thought maybe I had rushed it a bit. Glad to know that it did in fact work out.
And I had to do something for Ianto. There's just so many vids out there helping to paint the picture of him as just some effiminate counterpoint to Jack, that it's nice to see him stepping into the more masculine role every now and then.
