The MV is in Cantonese and made in KL.There are many Chinese dialects in Malaysia.But in general, KL-Cantonese, Johor-Mandarin, Ipoh-Cantonese,Penang-Hokkien, Sabah-Hakka and others.So for your questions ,it depends on where the people is living,some can speak multiple dialects & Mandarin as well as English and Malay.In the comments below,there is a ''word fight'' between someone who don't like Cantonese and the Cantonese ''protector'' who fight back. Yup,this is Malaysia.

I was not aware of the many existing dialects in the Chinese language, but I have noticed a difference in intonation between one dialect and the other when my friends are talking to each other. I am Malaysian by the way, but right now I live and study in Hong Kong. and hey I am taking up Cantonese this summer. haha wish me luck. :)
