  • hi i really need to lose my love handles because im a gymnast and really self conscious about my shape are there any other exercises i can do to lose my love handles really fast? also my arms are soooo muscly from gym any idea how to make my arms seem thiner?

  • Can you do some metabolism boosting workouts? Like to do before cardio?

  • @chanelbabe14 remember to squeeze your abs, a strong cough or laugh usually activates them well, so if you aren't sure how to do it, laugh it out! :) then do the workout xxo

  • I just recently found you ladies on youtube and I am in LOVE! Yall are amazing :)

    I am going on a cruise March 5 so I have a little over a month to get in shape. I'm not over weight by any means, but can't seem to get rid of this slight beer belly and these dang LOVE HANDLES!! Any tips that could illicit results in this short amount of time? I run and work my core, but nothing seems to be working :(

  • @fandedasey one rep is a complete left leg/right leg, so it's 10 each leg :)

  • II always want to do push up or even these planks..but i have broken my two wrist so it hurts wen im doing push ups or just putting to mush weight on them.. What do you recommend i do so i can do these exercises?
