Cosmology the study and learning how the universe started. Stars and space.

Abiogenesis the study of how life started. Life starting from non living chemical reactions.

Evolution the process of biological genetic change over time. This is after life started.

And yes there are gaps in our knowledge but this is no escuse to fill it with magic.
