  • We not only pay our mortgage, but we pay extra every month towards principal, in four year we've chewed our principal down 20% though some months we had to dip into stored food. I agree with you, we gave our word, if my word isn't worth a damn...then neither am I.

I guess that says it all.

    Blessings,

    David

  • Yet another shining example of everything wrong with the American family today. The lefties and the media are making religion and even faith taboo, the government handout-dependent parents just pass on the attitude of entitlement instead of helping develop real morals and values.

Reminds me of a couple i worked with years ago. Regular unprotected sex outside of marriage. Gal gets knocked up, abortion within 24 hours. Cries about it for a few days, then they're right back to unprotected sex..

  • What a Baffoon!! The Tax man Cometh!!

  • sooner or latter the foreclosure person will knock on his door and then he will cry.

it is better to pay your home off as quick as you can then you will own the deed

  • This guy only has 2 videos up so it's hard to get a good look at what he does for a living. His room there has his computer and entertainment center, and his clothing dresser. The sliding closet door tells me it's a bedroom. It's likely that he's in an apartment and his intended line of work is working the foreclosure market, potentially selling services to people who ask him for his fail advice. Moving foreclosed houses is big business and he's more likely a shady dealer than a loophole genius.

  • Go check out the blaze.com, this is part of the Mark Lerner principles, this guys are the problem with America. This dude needs to man up.........Be ACCOUNTABLE!!!!! great video couldn't agree anymore, excellent rant! I'm sick of these guys too, I wasn't raised that way.

  • I agree with you. This is basically stealing. I don't understand people who buy stuff they can't afford or basically decide they don't want to pay bills they agreed to. Especially if it's only because he doesn't want to or thinks it's unfair.

  • In my job i deal with this every day...not only with homes but with everything else, its really pathetic. i am quite supprised our country is not worse off then it is!

  • the one disslike is that guy gtfootUSA

  • Great video and the right perspective, Sir

I've busted my tail my entire life. Retired from the Army and founded two successful businesses - each now in their eleventh year (Praise and all Glory to God for these blessings!). My heart sank and broke when I saw that young man walk away from his duty and I must say, for you, too, Sir. I could sense your frustration and I share it. It really hurts to see people dump all over what the Lord gave us and to see the liberties we worked for disrespected.

  • Sad to see people act like that. It really irritates me how people think they are just entitled to walk away and not pay the fair share when someone took a risk giving them a loan. My wife and I are now trying to get our first house loan, made even more impossbile to get by clowns like this. It is a decline in morality in society, and it is sad to watch as it gets worse.

  • DON'T PAY YOUR MORTGAGE? where dose one live when they evict? sounds like advice for failure, i know the hole mortgage thing is a scam for rich bankers and investors and favors them tremendously but we know this going into this raw deal.

i think he should have bought vacant land and slowly built his home over a few years and he should never buy land in a heavily taxed locality.

  • FB,

You are so right. This country is a shithole because of parasites like this. I have some empathy for people who got hurt or lost jobs, handing the keys to the lender. I live on a farm; I grew up with a promise and a handshake being worth more than many pages of fine print.

My health is bad and I had to retire early. My newest vehicle is a 1996 pickup. I charge little and pay my credit cards off monthly and only carry over for unexpected expenses. I understand wants vs. needs.

  • @28bull I here you buddy. There still is a lot of folks out there that think like you and I. Matter of fact, just look at the comments on this video. 99.9 % are positive, and agree that this guy is a piece of dog doodoo. It is very uplifting to me to see that so many do no that this would be wrong to do. Hang in there my friend and take care.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL This is typical thinking in California. Stupid boneheads. The guy is a fool. Short selling is not an option 99 percent of the time. Plus the tax implications. I guarantee you he didn't buy a house. He doesn't even know how much it cost. I know down to the rats nest how much my house costs. I bet you do too. This is the Progressive mantra of the day. Sad.. :( I gotta get out of this state.

  • I agree with you 100% !!! I lived in an old moble home till I payed off my land contract. Then I saved my money and payed cash to put my house in!!! I'm happy with my decision!!!!! It's mine!!!!

  • I'm not gonna try to defend this guy. He's pretty clearly an moron. I'm curious, though, what you think people should do who hustle and try to be responsible and honest in their dealings, and then turn around and discover that the bank they have been working with has not done the same with them? I think in general principal, you're right, but there are also situations where walking away is morally right. Oh, and good job on your house, it looks really nice!

  • look up THE NEXT HOUSING SHOCK.

  • SCREW THE BANKS

  • Looks like he's not paying his electricity either !

  • Great vid, but you were off a bit on the State Income Tax, which is >9% for someone making $100k. I know, I'm forking out >%8k a year to the State. They turn around and help out the illegals with it. Only in America...

  • I was brought up with the values that you talk of, but as you said your house is paid for, the banks have put you and your nation in debt for the next generation and they did it for nothing more than personel gain & greed here in the U.K. 42,000 people have had there homes repoed this year & to pay off the debt for the banks every adult will pay additional taxes of around $60,000 even now the CEO of our biggest failed bank took a £6.5m bonous why do we save them when they FAILED us. hang um hi

  • What can I say...

People of today do not have the MORALS, HONOR & DISCIPLINE that our generation has, let alone the BRAIN power.

It seems the American way has changed from cut your path in this world to, steal, cheat & lie. Then, when it falls apart on you, blame everyone but yourself.

  • Squatter...

  • As long as they give these thief's welfare the rest of us are screwed. ca is hell in a hand basket. ca is broke, soon the entitlement has to end.

When this happens, this is the kind of guy who will be robbing his neighbors to survive. the banks dont care to repo, because the bailout that we pay for is what this scum is getting.the banks are making so much investing in the stock market . the longer they let hime stay for free the more the neighbor hood goes down. Think eye sore.

  • This air head is another example of being stuck in EXTENDED ADOLESCENCE,,,,,a generation of believing everything should be given to them right now and everyone else should pay for it.Thanks for sharing have a blessed day.

  • I think this has more to do with stupidity than morals. Sure, he should pay what he owes. But more importantly, I doubt a dumbass like this gets paid $100K per year. He should have worked the numbers and figured out he can't afford it. Now, he just uses this as an opportunity to have extra money. I'll bet he's spending all that money instead of saving it. Idiots like these made home prices skyrocket and then crash the market.

  • There's a progressive left wing agenda to financially collapse America by using angry homeowners to default on their loans and bring the banks down. It has become a popular thing with people that have no honor. I never heard him say he couldn't pay just that his house was under water. The decline of western civilization is upon us PREPARE!

  • @MassPrepper I here you brother. I do beleive that there are more folks with moral's, honor, and respect than you would think, but all you see is the bad in the world. Thanks for the comment.

  • There is something I've been mulling around in my head for a while, & this seems like an appropriate video to share it on. Banks are the only business that directly & routinely invest in people. When they give you a loan they are giving you the benefit of the doubt that you won't fail so miserably that the only way you can eat is not to pay them.

When you ignore your creditor you are destroying the very fabric on which they invest. Eventually the banks go away, or switch to corporate lending.

  • A lot of people bought houses for profit just like i did in 2005 and when market went down i was not able to sell it in 2008 bank didn't wanted to work with me they didn't wanted to go throught short sale process and then i have up. The bank sold the house for almost 100000 less on the mortgage. And i lost a lot of money because i put in a lot of work and material in that house. Luckly I saved up enoght money to buy old house for cash and I did remodel my self.

  • Wow, this IS the SCUMBAG video.. what a fracking shame. Guys like this are why I cannot get a loan to provide a home for my family. Thanks for the info- I'm Sub'd

  • @1985lsf Guys like that is why this country is in the shape that it is in. Thanks for the comment.

  • A HANDSHAKE and your WORD used to mean something in this country. It's a damn shame some people go out and ruin it for the rest of us. The guy should be neutered so he can't raise any kids. >=(

  • @IronPatriotTN It still does to some and you are wright about him ruining it for others. Thanks for the post.

  • thanks for the song title,, you do a great job,, hopefully I start my channel Monday or Tuesday,,,,just got my daughters flip camera with a sd card.

  • @StatenIslandPrepper Thanks for the kind word. Go for it ! On the channel that is. We are always looking for new ideas.

  • I bet if he took the mortgage from a LOAN SHARK he would pay the mortgage on time!

  • @StatenIslandPrepper I bet he would too.

  • whats the opening song

  • @StatenIslandPrepper " Arms wide open" By CREED

  • Not all Realtors are bad!!! You can not blame all Realtors or real estate agents for the dishonest few. I would never be dishonest or decieve anyone.

  • Unfortunately guys like this are becoming a sociopathic cancer to a great country founded on hard work and principles about doing what is right.. Wish someone would invent a vaporizing gun just for tools like this guy.

  • @TRAVERZULU3 I totaly agree with you.

  • To not pay your mortgage would be extremely foolish. I am a Realtor and I can tell you from experience very few short sales are succesful. Even iff a short sale does go through their is no guarantee that the bank will forgive the debt. They still have the right to pursue you for collection of the unpaid portion of the debt iff they choose to do so. Also do not believe the hype that the housing market is turning around. It may never recover to what it once was in any of our lifetimes.

  • @KyChristianPatriot Thanks for sharing that information.

  • This is what is wrong with our country, Its the lazy people who only care how they can get over on someone else. LAZY SCUM BAGS. Im with you Fubar. They should all be kicked in the nuts.

  • @usfreedom22 I love your " SCUM BAG" remark. Can you OK the video responce I sent you on your new video. Thanks Buddy!

  • You are correct, the guy in the video is a moron. I happen to be an REO Asset Manager and he makes it sound really easy, just stop paying and all you have to do is do a short sale and you are free. WRONG! Most, if not all, banks are not entertaining short sales anymore and are putting them straight to foreclosure. So, do what he says and don't pay your mortgage and pretty soon you will be homeless. Take it from me, I sell bank repo houses for a living. Pay your mortgage.

  • @skippy3840 Thanks for your input Skippy. Maybe that will straighten some of the Morons up that thinks like this gut..

  • miss com i was with you not the ass hole sorry for the miss com

  • @bayfly12 O.K. No problem.

  • That guy who has the 650,000 House is going to be homeless because this guy is cheating the bank and his home will be foreclosed. If the ira sees his video as there foreclosing i bet he will be arrested for fraud.

  • Honestly Carey, I think all this will come to a head sooner or later and hard working tax paying individuals will say enough is enough. I hate that even a fraction of a penny of my money might go to this bonehead or anyone like him. I'd live in a camper or a trailer before I would ask my fellow Americans to pony up for my house payment! Freaking entitlement minded people suck. Can't pay? find something cheaper and move! We all win and lose sometimes. He lost and needs to deal with it.

  • @RollinTidez I agree. Thanks for the post.

  • well im from the UK and i will always pay my motgage

    PRIDE

  • Sadly this is a pervasive attitude and, if enough people engage in the practice, the entire economy is at an even bigger risk of collapse. As to his ability to get a loan, this was not uncommon in Cali. At the height of the market, mainstream banks were offering 600k loans with zero down. They broke their own underwriting standards. Everyone scammed everyone else keeping a percentage along the way. Fortunately, those of us who lived within our means can sleep a little easier... for awhile.

  • @calcrash Thanks for the information and remarks.

  • I agree. If the housing market was up and his house was worth twice as much would he pay twice as much? No!

  • Whether the bank knew they'd fail or not, the homeowner knows they are living beyond their means. How about having honor.

  • @cassadysm You have that wright ! Thanks for the comment.

  • Understand, The problem is not people not paying their mortgages its the banks setting people up to fail, so that they can get 3x the mortgage value with insurances. The problem is not people not paying their mortgage, its the big central banks collecting the insurance money on people like him who they know would fail, they set up to fail.

I think this is a sting looking for people who are bragging about scamming banks. Smells like a cop.

Banks don't loan out, they create a debt at no risk.

  • If you are a so called minority this regime will not prosecute blacks or mexicans that has been proven by the things that have been perpetrated on descent tax paying EMPLOYED citizens, of any color.

  • Typical liberal. They'll play as long as the game is going their way, when the game doesn't go their way, they quit. This guy is a complete loser. I hope he ends up on the street.

  • @bweazel I agree and thanks for your comment

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL Thanks for your video. It's good to see there are still some hard working Americans with integrity.

  • @bweazel Thank you!

  • Great rant! I agree. If you give your word to do something, you should absolutely do it. Signing a contract is giving your word to fulfill it. The man in the video really spotlights the problem in todays society - their word means nothing. It's sad, very sad. I wonder if his father is proud of him?

  • @Carrie3570 I don't care what anybody say's. It is how you are raised that gives you your moral values. And I see that he was not raise properly by any means. Thanks for your comment.

  • I pay my bills and follow the rules and the banks and big biz gov-mint the elite will steal it from us all in the end...but its the banks and the elite that put us in this place... not this no bill payin cali-fool ....this cali-guy is doin this shit after the fact !!!....the fact is the elite put us here and we are about to be fleeced once again ....we need to focus on who really put us here !!!....love the channel im a sub take care and peace..

  • This guy is a douchebag. It is one thing to be in financial trouble it is another to create financial trouble.

He is just answering the call of Stephen Lerner from the SEIU> He is following Obamas plan if you ask me. WHy else has the Eric Holder refused to respond to this threat.

  • What an ass clown, if he was in Texas he would most likely get a Texas sized ass whippin. My house value is down slightly from when I bought it but I still pay every month. What a douche.

  • this is not a morality issue, the banks make you feel that way. Its purely a contractual arrangment. Cheating on your wife would be a morality issue. This is pure finance.

  • @avianphlu5397 If you don't think it is a morality issue then that means you have no morals. Lets say we are best friends. So you loan me $1000 and I promise to pay you back next week but next week comes around and I tell you, you know I changed my mind, I don"t feel that I have to pay you back that money because I can't afford to and I want to spend it on something else.

Oh, by the way, I am screwing your wife. So the only moral thing I have done wrong was screw your wife.

    GIVE ME A BREAK !!!!!

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL That's a great answer - I whole heartedly agree!

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL fubar, if you loaned me a thousand bucks and I gave you my Harley Chopper as collateral with a signed title, and I chose not to give you the thousand back, you keep the Harley. You forgot that part. This is the difference. Collateralized loans vs Uncollateralized loans. We would have been friends if you loaned me the money and If I didnt pay you back, then yes shame on me. but in my scenario, you get to keep the Motorcycle...seems fair.

  • @avianphlu5397 Collateral or no collateral, it does not make any difference. There is were your morals are blurred.

You just can't grasp that your word is your word no matter what type of deal you made. You will never be a hole man till you understand there that your word in the end is all you got and thats what makes you a hole person.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL let me put it to you this way...if I sold you fake silver for 36 per 1 troy ounce and you found out after the sale that the silver was only .746 ounces...would you keep your promise to pay me for the full ounce? this is just an analogy to what happened from the beginning of the housing bubble...I bought at the peak in 2005...I paid 290k, put 30k down, put 40k into the property and paid for 5 years...I owe 260k and cant sell the property for 150k...I was screwed...is it my fault?

  • @avianphlu5397 Your analogy sucks. They didn't sell him a fake house! The housing market is just like anything else and values go up and down. Silver prices go up and down. It is a risk to buy either one. You talking about blatantly lying and that is totally different. And yes, it would be your fault...you took a bad risk or went in over your head in the first place.

  • @RollinTidez you dont grasp the con bro...the banks failed to regulate..the market go overinflated...lots of people got screwed by the higher prices and the low interest rates...apparently you neither own a house or bought it before the market went through a parabolic blow off...its not about morality bro...its about whether a bad investment should be dumped...think of it as a stock that you bought at 100 and now is worth 20 going to zero...what would you do? hold?

  • @avianphlu5397 My home is paid for, built it with my own hands stick by stick. I have no problem with someone that can't pay their mortgage bailing on the obligation. It happens, people make mistakes. Still no excuse for sitting there and milking the system. Find another home that you can afford. Don't go on youtube and tell the masses how they to can ride the system.

The guy in question (video) is not doing the same thing you are describing. It is not the same, he is taking up squatters rights

  • actually the contract states...you pay your mortgage and you keep the house, if you dont pay the bank reserves the right to take your house back. Both sides took a risk. Its a contract. Its called strategic default. If you are way under water, then its actually a VERY smart choice. The housing market IS NOT COMING BACK for atleast 15 years.

  • I agree you 100% but I have come to a few conclusion over the years. California is not part of the United States . It seems to me people in CA make there own rules regardless of federal law and the rest of the U.S. Also people under 40years old have no responsibility or work ethic. People that come to my shop in there 20’s and 30’s don’t want to work and they want to make top dollar. It is a shame to see that our future generations are so lazy!

  • @USARMY12B1 From what I read and see on TV, I would have to agree with you on some of those folks in CA. The Liberals think that they know the best way to live and try to chock it down everyones throat. It's always there wright and your wrong. Thanks for the post and take care.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL I bet that his realtor told him to do this. When you are selling your home you can make a gain, break even, take a loss, short sale, deed in lieu, or foreclose. Best to worst, respectively. If you decide on one of the last three you must be behind on your morgage, at least three months. Another reason why I don't like realtors. I'm with you, "an honest's man word is as good as his bond".

  • fubar i dont disagree with you, but the banks in your country have behaved terribly to you americans. is it a suprise that people have such a poor attitude to the banks and happy to screw them?

i agree with most of what you say but i dont think we can judge this guy purely on his attitude to the bank.

  • @spockady I don't judge this guy on his attitude on banks. I judge him from his piss poor attitude on wright and wrong. It would be called morals. Thanks for your input Spockady.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL fair enough. you are right on this point.

keep posting. i enjoy your thougts and perspective!

  • this guy is a fucktard

  • My husband and I pay our mortgage on time every month and pay for all our bills. We were unemployed for two years and now we're living on just my husband's part time job and yet we somehow manage to meet our obligations.

This guy is a jerk and makes me so mad!

  • @AnnieNM06 Now thats the way to deal with that kind of problem. You guys got off your butts and made a great effort to prevail from this. Some folks just blame others and don't make any kind of effort. Good for you! It's a pleasure to talk to you and God bless you for your efforts.

  • please post a link to his video so i can leave negetive comments please

  • Genetics + Piss Poor Parenting + Cultural Influence x Media Subversion = The Progressive Future of America. Possibly just an attempt at viral video economic terrorism. We will see more of these but the righteous aren't listening. It will flip the jackasses on their ears in the end because there aren't enough of them to impact the banks, and leave the lazy and ignorant with even shittier credit and more dependent on the gov. There is your social justice...fucking morons.

  • @Patriot4TheTree I have to agree with you. Thanks for the post.

  • Also what a cute house! I love your azaleas.

  • @preparedchipmunk Thanks, I love it and the best part is there is no payment :)

  • his channel should be Doooshusa.

I have three friends in foreclosure. In all three cases, they put down payments on thier houses, had good credit and didnt buy expensive homes. All three had decent fixed rate loans too. Each of them due to unemployment, had not been able to keep up. They all are heartbroken about not being able to pay. There comes a point when you exhaust everything you had, your friends give what they can and you still dont have enough to make that payment.

  • @preparedchipmunk It's one thing losing your job and doing everything you can do to pay your bills and still not be able to make it. But this guy is another story. Thanks for your input Chipmunk.

  • Well, I really can agree with your ethos. At the same time I cannot agree with the market that based housing prices in a method that almost guarantees failure and profit at the same time. It costs about $65,000 to build a house including materials, labor, permits, and taxes. The same house is sold for $350,000 at 7% apr bringing the total expected price close to ~$1,000,000. To me this practice is unethical to the extreme. The whole monetary system is flawed and this is proof.

  • @thorlong I agree with you on the banking system, but no one made him go in and sign for that loan. The bank should have turned him out on his ear. Thanks for you post.

  • On top of being a spoiled little brat he is sitting there bragging about it! I'll tell you what... you can't get much smarter than that can you? Any one who is proud of not paying what they owe and thinks its funny needs to be put out on the streets to life in a cardboard box and then maybe it won't be quit so funny!

  • Fubarprotocol, you hit the nail on the head! Great video! My generation is a mess! Their parents gave them anything they wanted growing up and now they feel as though they are some how owed the life they want. It's a big mess! I guess that explains why most of my friends are twice my age, because they worked for what they have just like I have to do!

  • @usmccampbell23 Thanks Mr. Campbell. I agree with you.

  • kick this want-to-be bum out on the street!

  • Bullshit sense of entitlement everyone seems to have.. They think the world owes them something and are will to lie cheat and steal to get what they feel they deserve... It's sad.

  • @TabLeft Thanks for your input.

  • His video was made back in 2009, I wonder if he is still iiving there, LOL. Some people just don't have the character and values to be a responsible citizen and honor his debt. Just another dumbass on YT. Thanks for sharing and posting.

  • @firearms1894 I hate to say it, but I hope he is on the streets. It's all his doing's.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL Oh I agree 100%. Anyone with kind of attitude is the reason why our country is in the shape it is in. Whatever happened to people with integrity and morals. I guess their selfishness took over and became the all about me world that we live in today.

  • Calling this guy a Moron is really being too kind. Guys an idiot. I hope too many people don't feel this way, although I have heard and read other stories saying the same thing.

  • @frankward67 I have a few other choice words for him. Thanks for the cost.

  • Hey Carey. I agree..I played the flipping game and now have an extra house but that was the risk. It was my doing and I bust my a*# to pay the bills. I hope this is not an up and coming trend....Things are very fragile these days and us hard workers will pay the price...

  • @OBXSOLWIND I hope this is not a trend also. When people make mistakes they should live and learn from them and stick to there word. Don't just turn your back on it. Thats the easy way copout way of living your life. No one said life was going to be easy but some folks have no morals. Take care my friend.

  • It would be proper for you ti cite his channel so we could have a far debate over this. I would like to see his full video to fully understand his premise. I strongly agree with your moral obligation to pay for what you took thought!

  • @jeffpenn329 His channel is GTFOOTUSA

  • What a douche bag that is why the banks fee us to death. Now with the government regulating how much the fees can be the banks are going to limit how much you can charge even on your debit card. This guy is living outside his means and will always have problems paying his bills. He is and always will be a loser and a dead beat. He should know that mortgage is derived from a French word meaning till death. The banks meant for you to never pay it off and this dude is living up to it. So he thinks

  • Most not all, but most Americans are scumbag parasites, its that simple.

  • @GOLDSILVERDUDE fu ah

  • @bayfly12

Your one of them, you hopeless pathetic intestine dwelling cockroach.

  • Oh by the way Fubar,I'm sure he DID do the math.I make it simple for you.Cable bill = $0,internet bill= $0,any other bills= $0.What are you thinking, that he just dosen't pay the morgage of something?I'd bet it's ALL of his bills...

  • @Stompajiggayo Wow! I am sure glad you made it simple for me. I understand now ! I don't know what I was thinking but now I see the light ! Thanks for your meaningless insight ! Oh yea, Let me know how that responsibility free life works out for you ! I am sure it's going to be great !

  • You're not thinking about this guy properly. I doubt he's for real. I doubt every word out of his mouth. He probably lives at his mother's house.

  • Bahahaha! It's great living responsibility free!

  • How you can be against the bankster corruption and try cheating in the same way?

  • Thank you for making this video. I am so sick and tired of freeloading knuckleheads that blame everyone but themselves for their problems. This guy is exactly what is wrong with America. What ever happened to responsibility, honor and trust in this country. This is exactly why good hard working Americans have to pay high interest rates and have a hard time getting a loan. This country would be allot better if we booted all of these douchebags.

  • @abarms11b I agree. It's people like these that are trying to bring this country down. They almost have us to our knees now. Thanks for your thoughts and take care my friend.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL Thanks brother. You have my support. Living up to your responsibilities is something that this nation has lost sight of and we the people need to teach our children this lesson. If we have no honor what else do we have. Do the right thing and lead by example.

  • i think he might be one of those that voted for Obama. thinking "Obama will take care of me. i don't have to pay for anything." that mentality is what has tanked the economy

  • @01hondaeater I think you might be wright there my brother. I am sure he vote for Nancy Pelosi too.

  • OK guys, I had to watch this again after reading comments about unions setting this shit up, and I would totally believe that. It's now clear to me this loser is following a script, he ain't buying no damn guns & ammo! What a farce! Don't buy it People! What I WILL NOT PAY FOR ANYMORE is the crooked, unsustainable sweet deals the unions sign in the night with crooked (mostly Democrat) politicians in exchange for votes! Taxpayer Reps MUST be at the table for ALL future Government contracts.

  • @FrontCortex Every time the government puts there fingers into something they screw it up, I mean every time.

Lets take the US postal service, I know they lost billions last year and UPS and FEDEX made millions. Why dont we shutdown the US postal service and let UPS & FEDEX have it? That would save the tax payers billions every year. But see, that would make to much sense! God help us all !

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL The U.S. Government does not own the United States Postal Service and they have not even received any government funding since the 1980's. I was under the same impression until a recent city council meeting where they were considering closing our local post office. It was there that I learned it wasn't a government agency so i came home to research it and it is true. It's a civilian company. Good thought though.

  • @sweetsweetbonnie Yes but were do you think thoses billions they lose ever year come from? Since its reorganization into an independent organization, the USPS has become self-sufficient and has not directly received taxpayer-dollars since the early 1980s with the minor exception of subsidies for costs associated with the disabled and overseas voters. However, it is currently borrowing money from the U.S. Treasury to pay its deficits. Thats were. Me and you.

  • Remember when a man's word was his bond and a handshake was all that was needed as a promissory note? We've really lost touch with the morality of generations past. I would hang my head in shame and would rather go without food than to go back on my word. A promise to pay is just that. If you stop paying, you lose your honor and without honor you are nothing. Sadly, this guy represents a majority of American's today. Unfortunately, our government has set the example for guys like this.

  • @sweetsweetbonnie I like to think and pray that he is a big minority. I think that most Americans are not like him. There are so many folks that work hard, pay there bills, save there money, love there family's, and pray to God each day and thats what really makes us the best country on this planet. Bonnie, don't give up on us yet. Remember, there are more of us then of them.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL So depressingly true! I remember reading an article when I was a kid, 30 years ago, about the top ten reasons America was hurting financially. One of the biggest reasons was the Government subsidization of AMTRAK. The article said that the taxpayer would save money if the Govt. would buy every passenger a plane ticket, AND give them each $100 cash. I was SHOCKED, and that was 30 F-ing years ago! It's enough to make you pull your F-ing hair out! THIS SHIT MUST STOP...TODAY! PISSED!

  • @FrontCortex Y will the unions do this???

  • @brooklynprepper Read the other comments, I'm just starting to look into it myself, but it wouldn't surprise me one bit. Look how UNBELIEVABLY WELL unions came out after they played a BIG part in tanking GM in the first place! Their Crooked accomplice 0bama told the real owners of GM to F. OFF (THEFT) and handed ownership of the company to the union, CRIMINAL! They MISTAKENLY think they can keep strong-arming the American People....News Flash...Party's over fellas!

  • @brooklynprepper Here is a recent video I found about how these selfish, irresponsible maniacs are planning organized financial terrorism on the good Citizens of America. Good luck everyone, get your shit together!

    watch?v=vskTlt2Uznk

  • This is why we are going down..guys like this like to live like big shots...but when the bill comes in they cry the banks lie to me the banks lie to meeee.you are a jackass

you know you cant pay for it but you buy it anyway....And in the end WE all pay for this jackass....So dont tell me the banks did this to you..Think about it...Me i'm a man and pay my bills

  • @brooklynprepper You are correct my friend! Its like if you get a loan to buy a new car, and then you drive it off the lot, then the car is worth 5k less than you payed for it. So now you say, IAM NOT PAYING THE LOAN FOR THIS CAR, IT;'S NOT WORTH THAT ON THE MARKET. THOSES BANKS SCREWED ME! BOOWHO ! BOOWHO! It makes me sick! Thanks for you view and take care my friend.

  • Excellent points there Fubar! This guy lives at his moms lol. I have worked hard all my life 6 days and sometimes 7 days a week to get what I have and that is not a lot. But I will say that I know I have did the right thing in life for me and my family. Thanks for sharing...

  • When you research what the banks have done then you can see this guys point. This goes way beyond paying your mortgage, the banks have enslaved people for hundreds of years. Banks get the bailout and bonuses while losing trillions of dollars, which the taxpayer pays in the end. Highly suggest reading The Creature of Jekyll Island by G. Edward Griffin. Also youtube Zeigesit's The Federal Reserve to get an idea of what this is about, it's a 5 part series.

  • @awakesleepinggiant I am sorry. I cant disagree with you more. This guy went to the bank to get the loan, signed the loan agreement, and took the keys to his new home. Now that the market went to the dogs, he thinks he should not pay. Wrong ! Wrong ! Wrong ! Everyone wants to blame the banks, but the government did it by forceing the banks to give these loans to lower income people.

  • @FUBARPROTOCOL I partially disagree with you. The government did not force the banks to do anything. What they did was agree to back Fannie and Freddie in buying and selling subprime mortgages and the banks were then allowed to loan money to people they knew couldn't afford the payments. The banks didn't have to but they did it because they had a guaranteed buyer of bad loans. I was one of those bankers but didn't participate in lending money to people who couldn't afford to pay it back.

  • This guy has a looter's mentality where anything can be justified so long as he can get away with it. What is the name of this guy's channel?

  • im pissed

  • wow

  • that is something the unions have thought up, the reason, if they get enough people to do this, they say it will collasp our dollar. its called economic terrorism. i have a video about it. union leaders, are socialist/communist, and want to distroy our country, so they can take over. this is one of their schemes.

  • @rubyslippersebels I thought the same thing and noticed the little comment about buying guns and ammo. I think these guys are pushing this idea and are trying to make it out like it is the right wing conservatives doing it.

  • @KainanRa I have to agree with you on that. If the SHTF on the dollar happens or anything else,This will be the kind of ass wipe that will be busting down your front door to take the food and what ever he wants because he thinks its all about him.

  • @kjwhitehead Thanks for your input.

  • That guy is crazy / i could see if you hace to stop paying to feed your kids or something but shit just a free loader not good in my opinion . That guy in the vid said he is doing a short sell , last year I sold my house in texas and the bank that the buyer was useing made sure that i had all the taxes and notes paid up to date before going to closeing ,so i dont know what the hell he is talking about ! Great video FUBAR !I currently own our new ( old ) house paid in full and doing great !!!!!

  • @MrMADMOFO Thats wright my friend. I would not pay if my children were going to go hungry. This piece of crap thinks its funny. That vid was made in 2008, and I hope the Sheriff put his as out into the street.

THATS GREAT THAT YOU HAVE YOUR HOME PAID FOR. THATS WHAT HARD WORK AND SAVING WILL DO FOR A MAN. TAKE CARE MY FRIEND AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

  • I think the issue is people like this feel like they should not have to pay for a home that lost value. I think it is absurd to say the least. I can not understand why people pay inflated pricing for homes, like what has happen in cali over the last 15-20 years with pricing inflating like crazy. These buyers then think the value would never decrease. Insane

  • My parents neighbor stopped paying on his house and it got forclosed on last month. Now the bank is selling it for much less that what it is valued at.

  • hmm... if its a gov back loan like fha etc then the gov is on the hook

  • @daddyoca69 Yeh, so you and me have to pay for this ass wipes dept problems.

  • Great intro, I LOVE that song! Proud Infidel!

And Yea, F these FREELOADERS! They're screwing us all, just like shoplifters! I'll bet this TOOL has a living room FULL of flat screens and electronics. He probably also jumped on the "easy" 2nd loan that was dangled in front of him, and spent it on a trip & 22" rims. This DOUCHE & Barney Frank are the face of the American Financial Meltdown! These stealing Fs, Barney Frank, & Chris Dodd, etc. should be arrested TOMORROW!!

  • @FrontCortex I have to agree with you 100% my friend.

  • This guy is a dumbass. Wait till he looks at his credit history lol. he wont be able to get a loan after they seize everything he has. Nice video. I enjoyed it very much

  • @Dafarnakis Thanks for your input.

  • You right he is obligated to pay the debt, It's a shame that banks loan to people who can't afford to live that lifestyle,,,,, well he's wrecked his credit but he seems like the kind of person that wouldn't care about that either.

  • I agree. Everyone should live up to their promises. I think it's sad that in society a man's word means absolutely nothing when back in the day it was ALL that you had. Even criminals kept their word. But not anymore. But I don't completely have a problem with him not paying it because the banks along with the government basically lied to the American people and stole our wealth through the Fed's printing and the bailouts and the banks went back on their words first.
