tried manus grip today, first time. i felt almost nothing at first but as the session went on i became very fatigued. moderate weights became very heavy. i focused mainly on grip based exercises but i think the secret is in every day lifting. its the one little change that effects every thing.
Can you do power cleans with these?

p.s. shrugs and pull ups are the most noticeable.

@hatebreed79 Yes, true...thick bars are simple but extremely effective. The main two exercises I do with Manus Grips are Deadlift and Pull-ups. :-)
