3.7 is not required at any program in my area. I'm sure it's a good idea to GUARANTEE admission, but is not necessary.

@SRTmark thanks for some insight. Im a senior in college and dont have the best grades but have done some interships in the feild, i was kinda losing hope in the career track....lol

wrong!!! who is this guy, i graduated with a bs in exercise science with a 3.14 gpa, a good bs for this field would be physiology, kineisology, exercise science, athletic trainer, not biology or chemestry. anyways if you want to be a pt dont worry about making straight a's if you do thats awesome but if your laking on the gpa, participate in internships or volunteer at local pt facilities, experience and a good gre score will over ride a lower gpa.
