This is an excellent example of how, in spite of the constant whining of the far left, different the Democrats are from the radical reactionary Repubs. The GOP wants nothing more than to destroy the federal government, crush the Democrats and finally put in place a corporate plutocracy with all the advantages for the rich and corporations. If this comes to pass, if the GOP gets its way and destroys Social Security and Medicare, I wonder how the teabaggers will like that?
