@frankensteinsGhost13 The film's producers were using old names in an attempt to sell cinema tickets while putting very little money into the actual movie, doing no justice to The Ritz Brothers and making them look like bigger turkeys than the actual 'movie'... Such a shame.

agree..this is very painful to watch and not even remotely funny...they may have been comic giants at some point..that point had clearly passed by this time....this is purely awful
I just cannot like the Ritz brothers! I acknowledge their comic influence on Mel Brooks, Jerry Lewis, Danny Kaye, and Sid Caesar, but I just don't think song-and-dance men are funny. Compare this clip with some of the Ritz Brothers' earlier films, and you'll see they are doing some of the same dance steps that they did thirty years previously. I just cannot imagine anybody actually laughing at this.
This is really painful to watch. The Ritz Brothers hade not been in any movie since the 40's, and their stage career was over since many years. Harry Ritz have lost most of his ability to do physical comedy (his faces is rather stiff). And the script is ... not there?
Looks like an Ed Wood production. (See: Plan 9 from outer space)

Well, obviously there wasn't one hell of a lot of money thrown into the production, but the two remaining Ritzes gave it their all, God love 'em.

This was the inspiration for the simple life. The "Golden Age" of comedy was not always so golden! But goes to prove any shmucks can have a career.

@diddymuck Yes, the Ritz brothers were 10 times more performance oriented and 10 times less funny.

I don't know why you people are knocking this so bad. This is hilarious.
You folks must just not have a sense of humor.

I'm gald the Stooges never did this. Kook's Tour wasn't a masterpiece, but it was a better final bow than this would have been.
