Is that the Bachmann B23-7? I have that same unit. You should check your trackwork and the engine wheels if it keeps stalling there.

Ken, yes it is the Bachmann. I have a problem there with the track it is an atlas 60 degree crossing so lots of motive power looses it there if not moving fast enough.
