This is a first part of Life & Death. It is possible that you have Life & Death 2 where you play as a neurosurgeon.

Or, it could be that you are doing an appendectonomy. In which different tools such as the cautery instead of the wire is used.

man, u are makin too many sutures! that costs time and looks awful :)

just make max. 10 sutures or so.

but with a little more practice you ll become a great doc ;)
