I like Jeeps and LCs! The Cherokee was my second choice, but the stealership wanted too much money, and the LCs were changing in design. Those are really solid 4x4s and would go out with them any day. My LR has been a dream with almost 70K miles on it and no issues, though.

Well, my rigs is a Land Rover, STOCK. And I was able to go over the Crack without the rear end flying in the air. It's all on how you do it. I know what the H1 and original can do, and in comparison, the H2 is a solid POS. Just take a look at the size of the Control Arms or CV joints and compare with a Tahoe or Trail Blazer and you will know what I mean. Does your rig have Boron Steel in it's fram and body? A Land Rover does. How is that for smart?

Well look at all the XJ's cross the golden crack. They do a much better and quicker job than these hummers. Half of the hummers in this video needed a hand, or struggled.
I've wheeled quite a bit in & with H1's, and like with ANY vehicle it's a matter of driver's skill more than vehicle capability. I've found my H2 and loaner H3s to be just as capable as H1's.
BTW, have you heard about the new H1 due out next year? I'll be getting in line for that thing.
ive seen stock H1's that had H2's and H3's follow behind and the H2 just cant keep up, even when up against the H3. Modded Jeeps however keep up with the H1 better than H3's but still can't stay up ahead with the H1

I would like to see the heavy and wide H2 follow me on a trail that requires keeping a constant speed through mud and dodging trees. What about soft sand? What about switchbacks with that wide turning radius. Face it, H2 are good at what they did in the Moab where there is a lot of room. Anywhere else, they won't make it!
I'd like to see you load your rig down with 1500lbs and haul it without breaking something or overheating. I'd like to see you cruise on the freeway at 75mph+ without wandering around the lane. I'd like to see you sit in traffic on a 100 degree day with the a/c on. And mostly I'd like to see you get to a trail and back without using a trailer. I, and others, love the H2 for everything it will do. Sure, it's not the end-all be-all of wheeling - but neither is your rig.
Stock Disco are better at running to Starbucks for a soy latte. Funny, but I didn't see any Discos on the Rubicon when we(5 H2's & 3 H3's) ran it from end to end. I also didn't see any Discos on any trails in Moab.
i believe h3 and h2 cope well in the rough but discos also do the same things it s like hummers owners against land rover, toyota against land rover, jeepers against hummers well i drive a land rover it copes trully well never missed a bit

In defense of the KYs(FJs), I've seen video of one with a Revtech lift that did the Crack pretty well too. I love sticking up for our Hummers, but really it's all about having fun with whatever you happen to wheel with.

haha hummers are too big for real off roading. They are all right for the desert though. But for off roading go with a jeep.

Didn't you watch your video? Those things are just too damn big and heavy. You could have bought two jeeps and built them up for the price of one H2. I do like seeing Hummers being used for other purposes than just burning gas around town... But they really aren't meant for hardcore stuff. Thats just a speedbump for a Jeep... Not a challenge at all...

Why do Jeep guys always have to get all butthurt over other vehicles doing any kind of obstacle? And why do Jeepers ALWAYS have to bring up money & "Oh, I can mod my Jeep and it'll be eleventy times better..."? Do me a favor and find a video of a stock Jeep doing Escalator or running the Rubicon. I like Jeeps - it's just some of their owners need to stfu once in a while.

Most of the wheeling world would agree with me. ... And you are probably starting to figure that out. GO on a run with TTORA and go to the JEEP jamboree. Wheel with some stock Tacomas and stock jeeps and see who gets laughed at and who gets the furthest.

Then what is your point(besides the point on the top of your head)? Articulation does NOT equate to a capable vehicle. I've seen IFS walk over stuff that hung up a SFA. But since you're an e-wheeler you wouldn't know any of that.

I've wheeled quite a bit in & with H1's, and like with ANY vehicle it's a matter of driver's skill more than vehicle capability. I've found my H2 and loaner H3s to be just as capable as H1's.
BTW, have you heard about the new H1 due out next year? I'll be getting in line for that thing.

ive seen stock H1's that had H2's and H3's follow behind and the H2 just cant keep up, even when up against the H3. Modded Jeeps however keep up with the H1 better than H3's but still can't stay up ahead with the H1

I would like to see the heavy and wide H2 follow me on a trail that requires keeping a constant speed through mud and dodging trees. What about soft sand? What about switchbacks with that wide turning radius. Face it, H2 are good at what they did in the Moab where there is a lot of room. Anywhere else, they won't make it!

I'd like to see you load your rig down with 1500lbs and haul it without breaking something or overheating. I'd like to see you cruise on the freeway at 75mph+ without wandering around the lane. I'd like to see you sit in traffic on a 100 degree day with the a/c on. And mostly I'd like to see you get to a trail and back without using a trailer. I, and others, love the H2 for everything it will do. Sure, it's not the end-all be-all of wheeling - but neither is your rig.

Stock Disco are better at running to Starbucks for a soy latte. Funny, but I didn't see any Discos on the Rubicon when we(5 H2's & 3 H3's) ran it from end to end. I also didn't see any Discos on any trails in Moab.

In defense of the KYs(FJs), I've seen video of one with a Revtech lift that did the Crack pretty well too. I love sticking up for our Hummers, but really it's all about having fun with whatever you happen to wheel with.
