Still, they should have made her appearance in the final episode. If Mamoru comes back to life, so will Chibiusa.
@Theclowcard THANK YOU! Stars is the worst season, imo. It feels like I'm watching a whole new series and not Sailor Moon. Mamoru is her favorite character and they try to shove Usagi X Seiya down your throat just to make a first season Usagi X Mamoru 2.0 and the Outers wannabes (aka the Starlights) are treated like main characters for no reason. It got what it deserved:

The enemy here is the Dark Kingdom, and they're looking for the Mystical Silver Crystal, which is owned by the Moon Princess - Sailormoon is supposed to protect the Moon Princess, but we soon learn that she IS the Moon Princess. This is the first season where the Senshi die.
The Second Arc of Sailormoon R is the Black Moon Arc, which is when we are introduced to Chibiusa. She's coming from Crystal Tokyo, which is 1000 years in the future. Her Kingdom is under siege by the Black Moon Kingdom. We soon learn that Chibiusa is the princess of this kingdom, and that Usagi and Mamoru are both the King and Queen - and therefore, Chibiusa's parents. Meanwhile, th Prince of the Black Moon has some feelings for Neo-Queen Serenity...
2. Sailormoon R (Returns) is split up into 2 arc.
The First Arc is the Makaiju arc, in which those responsible are 2 aliens that are looking for energy for their tree, which is dying out. Sailormoon returns to fight them.
In this, we learn about more Senshi. Whereas Sailormoon R introduced Sailor Pluto, we learn more about the Outer Senshi, Sailors Uranus and Neptune. The enemies here are the Death Busters and Master Pharoah 90, who are on the search for something known as the Holy Grail. It turns out that whoever has the Grail can do either good or bad - on an epic scale. Turns out that the Holy Grail turns Sailormoon into Super Sailor Moon, which is where Super comes in.
The SuperS season refers to there being more SuperS, as Chibiusa gets her Super form, as well as the Inner Senshi. This season is about Chibiusa - Usagi takes a backseat here. Chibiusa is helping a unicorn named Helios try to escape from the grasp of the Dead Moon Circus, which is run by Queen Nehelenia, who wants his golden crystal to control the universe.
Sailor Moon: Sailor Stars is, like SMR, split into 2 Arcs.
The first arc is a continuation of Sailormoon SuperS - Nehelenia is released from her seal put on her by Sailormoon. She vows revenge and takes her revenge on all of the Senshi. This is when see Sailormoon's most powerful form in the anime - Eternal Sailormoon.

Ok well i dont got it.. he cant die cause in the Future he is alive with sailor moon and has reni and chibbi chibbi.. and if hes dead they are not alive... so why did they come back!!! ahhh!! someone reply please!!!!!

he comes back in episode 200 with everyone else. and Chibi Chibi isn't theirs, she's Sailor Cosmos in the manga and Galaxia's star seed in the anime
