If you have doubts, watch that interview with the greatest traceur, David Belle. He says that flips aren't a part of parkour. Anyway, nice vid. Too many people in the scenes, but I understand 'cause it's a team vid. People need to do more PK rolls, or else they're gonna blow out their knees.
