A simple way than that is:

1.open run

2.type lusrmgr.msc

3.you are at the users control

When you have just one admin acc than this:

Put your computer on an when windows is going on type F8 u get to a menu how to start windows.Than type i think safe mod i am not sure and you should get another acc that is called adminsitrator and it is withaout a pass :D
