David Rutley is an outstanding individual. I know him as a caring and kind individual, concerned about his community and social issues. At heart he is devoted family man, and I am sure he will plough all his time and talents into supporting the people of Macclesfield and Conservative party polices. IMHO if we are to turn cynicism into future success we certainly need more ethical and value-centric people like David involved in the political arena...congratulations!!!
