  • just because it is called seymour dose not see more anything

  • i wonder if people from seymor see more butts

  • @ricksvidsinc ha :)

  • hey that my hometown

and on that day i was at my church for vacation bible school

  • @kadydoll1 It was a cool storm to chase that is for sure! Not to mention quite a temperature difference (over 20 degrees) in as little as 2 counties on either side of this storm.

  • See it doesn't get more defined than this. I'm from Indiana lol brother he's a hoosier.

  • @jjsaturn93 It was very defined on radar, in fact I think the NWS during Tornado Prepardness week actually had a radar view of this storm before it got to me in Seymour and it was quite defined on radar

  • As long as it hits in an open field and doesn not hurt anybody, it would have been cool to see. If it had hit someones house or something my heart would have sank :(

  • And get this, long range modeling is showing the possiblity of severe weather next weekend for at least the Lower MS Valley, possibly even more to the north!

  • i remember thta i rode my bike throught that crap! I am not dumb i just went to my aunts who has a basement! ONLY TRANSPORTATION!

  • Gotta do whatcha gotta do sometime. Least you was trying to get to safety

  • haha i remember this day! we got stuck after school and i wasnt going to be able to see my bf that day :D we didnt get home until like 6 that day :D

  • You guys were lucky. This storm had very strong rotation in it and could have set down a tornado (Or even multiple ones) at any time!

  • wasn't this the storm with all the hail in it

  • that storm did have quite a bit of hail with it. Golf Ball Sized at times

  • Just a commnent, a '64 dodge polara works best for chasing storms... just an observation. Painting it all black is up to you.

  • I'll keep that in mind. Actually my Ford Focus is solid black so I got it half right :) Thanks :)

  • i have family who live in TN and travel I-65 frequently and last summer between Lafayette and Rensselaer we drive right underneath a wall cloud heading twoards chicago. scared the shit out of me when i looked back and could see the rope above the wall cloud.

  • Conditions were quite favorable, especially from a wind shear standpoint to create tornadoes. If there had been warmer, more moist air pulled into a storm like this, the conditions were favorable for a strong tornado (EF2 and higher)

  • Very good chase... your best yet I think.....at least on video.

  • Oh without question. And this is the best chase I have ever had, with or without video. The chase was rushed, traffic was bad, visiblity was not great, but fate has something to do with that :)

  • Anotherrr awesomee footageee don't go to work lets ride south and check the other storm

  • The 2nd storm was over 65 miles away and never produced :)
