But let's talk solutions then: how about TUF removes ALL alcohol from the house and prohibit fighters from drinking for the few weeks their on the show? That's half of everything Dana bitches about, gone.

A couple of things:

1) These fighters are training to fight for the world's biggest MMA promotion company, they can go a few weeks without alcohol.

2) The fighter are aren't permitted to see family, watch TV, use the internet, have books, use or possess a cell phone, go out on the town, etc, (to prevent distractions I imagine). All these prohibitions set up alcohol abuse.

3) While filming the show, these fighters are essentially on the job, and to prohibit alcohol (among the variety things prohibited) on the job is mere common sense.

4) Speaking of common sense, if the history of the show is of one alcohol incident after an another, again, running a dry house entirely smart AND reasonable.

5) Since the program introduces new fighters to the show every time, the fighters will deal with dry house just fine.
