  • Arthur: I accidentally found you on YouTube while searching for Awolnation's "Sail" video. I see that you've been working progressively on your moves since you were very young, and you're obviously very talented! I love your moves.That being said, here's some feedback for whatever it's worth: I'd like to see your moves choreographed to music. More specifically, I'd rather see you dance to the music (versus seeing the actual tempo of your moves modified according to the beats/tempo of music). :-)

  • @dra23D He is probably all muscle actually. Just doesn't eat enough or maybe an extremely fast metabolism.

  • @dra23D Not trying to be a smart ass, or even rude, but he is very muscular. His build is just very slim thus making his muscles not seem large, like you'd expect of most dancers. My build is similar to his, and I'm very muscular, but I only way 135 at 6'1". I work out every day dancing and at the gym.

  • @ccfcobro Bullshit, I've done body building with a complete diet to gain weight (drinking weightgainers on top of all the stuff I had to eat) and I actually lost weight.. It just has to do with your body, some people just can't gain weight.

  • @dra23D because he's hardly using any big muscles. He is using the balance and movement of his body and momentum combined with gravity to perform this, not strength.

    And @iTPaperCut - it has nothing to do with metabolism; would only explain why he doesn't get fat ;)

  • @dra23D He does gain muscle, flexible muscles & he has very low fat % so he doesn't need that big muscles to lift himself

  • @dra23D He does have muscles. Not all muscles are big in size. Small muscles can have very large amounts of strength. It's not all about size.

  • @Naruto0519 Your right, he is very strong, however for the moves he's doing, he only needs a little more muscle mass to help protect his bones. He's very light for his size, and some of his moves would be much more difficult if he were heaver. Gravity sucks. I love to see what he could do with a little less of it. The guy is awesome. That inverted hop from elbow to wrist that he dose is crazy. I'm sure he's gonna have more broken bones if he doesn't think things through carefully.

    I wouldnt go so far to say he has very large amounts of strength. I don't believe he could bench press 300 lbs. or squat 400+ lbs..

    But he does have amazing cardio, very evenly developed muscular structure and great explosive power. His muscles are able to utilize his bodyweight to a much a greater degree than the average person due to his training.. so in that sense he does have great strength

  • I spent years training front bending and could never kick my leg behind my head. Was it very difficult for you to develop the ability? Do you have any protips!?!?!

  • @thefourthcumming work your splits(all directions front and side). drill regular stretches til it hurts and go past that long and longer.
