i like your outfit choice of black tanktop with purple skirt, its great but why dont you try white losse tanktop with bold short necklaces, or if you dont want to or you dont have any, try just adding big bold necklace, short not long instead of the white scarf. and you coudl also wear cute gladiator sandles instead of the heels. but heels is good on you too.
