You surely can improve your skillz but u ain't as bad as some ppl mentioned in the comments.

Don't stay too close to enemies and ult in the middle of the fight when you have a clear sight like you did near baron.

What is your skill order for Cass? I see most people max Q, then E, then W, but I notice you're actually killing creep waves with the W.

I max E first, then either Q or W, depending if the enemy can dodge my Q easier or not. You can kill the Caster minions early game with W if they stand in it for the full duration, followed by a Q.

Well, at least you weren't the full cause of why you struggled so hard. There was some blame on that Rammus as well. You are lucky Graves won his lane so hard, though. I'm sure that's what dragged you through midgame reasonably well. So some luck, some skill. You don't like close calls? I love it when it a game is that close. Sucks if you lose, but so rewarding if you win.
