  • put a drum n bass track under this and prepare to hear liquid gold =P

  • I hope George bush drops died for what he caused in is 8 years in the office he stoled.

  • LOL@this. I kept thinking he was going to blame a butterfly in China.

  • Mr. @meric@ destroyer.

  • fucking idiot

  • I love how people blame bush for the financial crisis. The people who caused it are the idiot CEOs at big companies who invested in assets that were destined to fail. The companies borrowed way more than they had. Example - Bear Sterns borrowed 33 dollars for every 1 dollar that they had. But no, it's bush's fault for not going back in time and reversing the idiot decisions that banks made.

  • @dave04045 You are missing the fact that bush dramatically increased the guarantee for anyone to get a home. This obligation was guaranteed through Fannie & Freddie. Look up his Home Ownership speech. The government caused the problem.

  • We need a new Reagan

  • i swear to god he is the devil!

  • United States largest selling product=illegal drugs. What do the Feds do with illegal drugs, they destroy them. What happens when illegal drugs are siezed, more find their way in through openings left by the Government. Who profits from the sales?=Street gangs,Afghanistan,Pakistan,Mexican Cartels, Columbian cartels and on and on. Everyone profits from America but Americans. Everything is outsourced, nothing is made in the USA. Fly your flags on your foreign built "American made" junk.Free speech

  • BUSH U FUCKIN

  • SS

  • LL

  • AA

  • WW

  • You bankrupt America and When this was occurring , you slept and allowed your Wall Street rob Americans of their wealth

  • You bankrupt America

  • your fucking asshole!!!!

  • YOU DID IT!!!!!! BUSH...YOU DUMB FUCK....

  • War criminal>>>>>>George Bush<<<<<<<<War criminal

  • Bush was trying to teach the country the Texas two step. One step forward two steps back.

  • @corvettegeorge79 LOL well said

  • WTF, is this dude shapshifting??? LOL!!!!

  • The edited version of this speech in Micael Moore's film ''Capitalism: a love story'' is hilarious. watch it. or buy it, whatever.

  • Look how Bush looks us directly in the eye. He gives us the problem and the solution. He clearly tells us how things work and what things are called. He doesn't sway to the left or to the right. He patiently and honorably bears insults. He doesn't lash out and says he is angry. He works with the people and hears you. He doesn't carry a pompous air. His words are connected with his deeds. True commander in chief. We need another true leader.

  • @skankinchibi thank you!! least some people respect him still. When time passes, we will learn that Bush was the president we needed.

  • @wererer Yep, couldn't agree more. We needed him to realize we can never elect a neo-con again.

  • your a fucking dip shit. you should go to Iraq if you love him so much.

  • @skankinchibi he was never a good president. he lead us into a terrible war. he took away our freedom with the patriot act

  • i want to drink with Bush.

  • Do I see a unibrow? I guess he forgot to pluck or wax it.

  • did anyone else notice that if you add the month and day together you get 33? 33 is one of the symbolic numbers of freemasonry.

  • and I care why?

  • i'm just saying, is it a coincidence or was this whole financial crisis planned?

  • Was it planned? No. Are you a loony? YES!

  • what proof do u have against it? NONE!

  • As stupid a notion as most numerological ideas.... (Numerology: study of the occult meanings of numbers)

The thing about freemasons randomly reminds me: anyone seen the movie "From Hell"? That was epic.... >.>

  • I think everyone losing their home in Texas, should go camp out in Junior and Senior Bush's,yard!

  • Hole the world think that Bush did financial crysis. Hell No! Clinton have did the future financial crysis in 90's

  • Polka989: First off it's "Crisis" so learn to spell and maybe people would listen to your opinion BTW is wrong. Clinton had a ZERO yes that's right zero trade deficit. Bush's first order of business was to give away all the surplus that Clinton/Gore worked 8 years to build.

  • He's too dumb and too republican to acknowledge this!

  • Bush is a a wonderful specimen of human existance!

  • His explanation is reasonable and clear. But the point is where the governemnt get the money from? if from money printers,US dollar hurts;if from taxes, people hurt!

  • First he looks scared, then he just talks shit.

Mr President, sorry I meant to say Mr idiot.

It is your wars that are causing these Economic crisis, every thing else is just the consequence of that, say what you say all I heard was you trying to supply money to your masters, no amount of bail out money will solve these crisis,America needs to demand the end of both wars, that is the only way out.Can I ask you though Mr president, how much are you getting for your self, out the 700 billion.

  • =OOOOOOO The leader of the most indebted nation in the world has spoken...! But this isn't only his fault... So don't blame him

  • Naive people.

You watch him talking like this and think he looks like a good enough guy.

Judge people on their actions not their words.

  • I'm sick n tired of ppl complaining about Bush. He has done the best he could as President. After 9/11 he fought hard to make sure we were safe again. I can now go on a airplane without being scare. It has made it a pain in a butt but I rather be alive. So thank Mr. Bush!

  • Yeah you're absolutely right.

People don't realise that without the invasion of iraq to prevent terrorists from destroying the USA, more inocent American citizens would have been killed.

Thanks President Bush for fighting terrorism.

  • I really respect Mr. Bush

  • Bush is a good guy. u cant blame him for the current crisis.

  • this man has american and iraqi blood on his hands, how can you call him a 'good guy'? jesus christ.

  • liar men!

  • You're idiots. This will lead to a snowball effect and will crush our economy because you sorry sacks of crap don't want to pay any money.

  • USA is begging for war. Who's gonna be the first to stand up?

  • This is what happens when you elect a guy you "want to have a beer with at a barbecue". TWICE. Fucking repubs are douche bags.

  • I second that.

  • Let's

1.Start a war on terror (oil)

2.Allow food to be turned into biofuel (discovery that there was no oil)

3.Act amazed when the American economy crumbles due to poor management and grubby little bastards playing with hard-working people's savings.

No one wants or respects "daddies boy" any more. He managed to tarnish the American reputation and destroy one of the largest economies in the world. Who cares if Clinton liked women under the table, at least he managed to run the country.

  • Game over then Dubya. "developed over a long period of time" were you asleep that long Dubya?

    Dear Americans

    1 Buy food.

2 Sell your dollars and buy another currency

  • housing? what about the $800 billion you spent on your illegal war. "I'm glad i can say i never voted for this chump or once said anything positive about George Bush. That will be engraved on my tombstone.

  • he's getting better and better at reading that teleprompter..

  • bush is destroying the country. he's a jerk off.

  • destroying...you mean he has destroyed it.

  • @77sporty How academically put - idiot! You may want to look up Frank Rich and his supporters of Frank, Dodd, Reid, and Pelosi - Oh - he's Obama's buddy!

  • @NYPDmos did i say obama was any good he sucks too. and bush sucks. wake up dumb ass. they are all crooks.

  • Well the dumb Son of a Bitch did what he set out to do..he destroyed America..God help us all now

  • Give the monkey a banana.

  • farting mic?

  • Even when he was elected for the first time in 2000, I though he would not do a good job due to his inexperience in washington. Being only a governor he literally knew nothing about how to really run the federal government. He has leadership I give you that but he does not have that sense of doing what is needed for the American people.

  • It would be great if he talked in detail about the "distressing scenario" which could happen. Is he saying our total economy could collapse? Would that turn into a social-economic collapse? Hmm, interesting.

  • It amuses me that an individual who was born into the highest echelons of the American oligarchy somehow understands people's worries. It would appear that, as currently organized, there is no solution to this problem. I predict that this whole system will stagger from crisis to crisis until some non-linear and transitory problem will manifest itself so fully that it can't be revived.

  • Good speech but the actions can be very bad for us all. Seriously, we are going in a pit hole and all the other countries are starting to laugh at us and our living conditions

  • Bye, bye America!!!!!!!!

Why do you nedd muzze terrorists if the bigger and more dangerous ones are born in USA!!!!!!

  • Bush's history isn't perfect but you can't pin it all on him. this started wayy before he was president and has only escalated over the years cuz of our crappy economy. americans are spoiled and have made stupid finical decisions by buying more than they could afford. it's not all the govts fault; it's also the people's for being stupid and taking out loans and mortgages when the shouldn't have. the blame can't be one sided.

  • vote to ban the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, the United Nations, and the Federal Reserve. Only then will America be free.

don't forget Henry Kissinger; guilty of war-crimes including conspiracy of murder and torture of millions of ppl worldwide for the past 50 years, all with the help of American tax dollars

  • I wonder why...George, because you have spent trillions on the Iraq War, or giving tax breaks to the rich, or maybe bailing out corporations like these and making the taxpayers pay the tab? Wow, America's economy is back on track! Not.

  • Bullrose - How do you (personally) provide liquidity to the marketplace? Giving tax breaks to corporations allows them to invest in new business providing you your job. Agreed that the bailout is tax payer burden. The truth is the government is covering their butt by sending a message that they will not let banks fail.

  • good point.

  • Has anyone read the part of this bill that states there shall be no oversight of this bailout committee of 2 guys?! WTF you give the money to the heroes who put us in this boat and then cuff yourself? Its like giving $20 to a retard in a candy store and telling him to eat healthy!

  • I agree 150% with "matrixm777" This is a total bailout for the rich investors that gambled all this money, and being in IRAQ doesn't help either billions a day in cost not to mention all our heros dying and serving in IRAQ for nothing.

The Bush admin screwed this up and this is why we are in this position this is not a blame game it's the FACTS! bad decisions and now we the taxpayers have to pay for this bullshit.

  • umm, this bailout is for those who's retirement savings are based on these financial inst. If you are not super rich, you should be thanking the fact that your retirement savings are not (hopefully) going to poop all over the place.

And I understand with Iraq but we cant just leave it and have all those heros die and serve for nothing.

  • VOTE FOR THE RIGHT PARTY VOTE FOR OBAMA!

"For eight years we've been told that the way to a stronger economy was to give huge tax breaks to corporations and the wealthiest. Cut oversight on Wall Street. And somehow all Americans would benefit," Obama says in the ad. "Well now we know the truth. Instead of prosperity tricking down, the pain has trickled up. We need to change direction. Now."

  • okay, I could say the same thing, lets tax the businesses that employ us. What happens when your successful hometown businesses are hit with Obama taxes and lay off you, your kids, neighbors. The reason the rich get richer is because they are smart, the rich take advantage of small business tax cuts, things that are designed for the poor.

  • haha well have fun trying to approve healthcare meds when we no longer can research for them. Or protecting your borders when america doesn't feel like backing you hippies up. Go drink your tim hortins.

  • I have never been a Bush fan, in fact, I think he is an idiot. But in this case he has done the right thing and the speech was actually pretty good for W. There is alot of blame to go around and he went through that but now aftering staring into the abyss something had to be done. George you are still an idiot but I think you got this one right.

  • I like Georgie

  • P.S. please watch "The Money Masters" on google video (look for the video that is 3.5 hours long) will help to understand what's going on.

Good Luck, & may the force be with us all.

  • Its the fox guarding the hen house!!!

  • Here's the deal folks, quit borrowing so much and pay back what you owe. If you can't afford it, don't credit it.

  • @baconandcheese2008 In this world. The only way to live is to BORROW for most people. People don't borrow because they have to, it's because they need to. If they don't borrow $1.00, how can they pay for the meal that costs one dollar. Idiots have made things unaffordable. There shouldn't be homeless people. You shouldn't have to pay school loans back for the rest of your life or make a decision to die or not because you don't have money for the doctor. Your statement's impractical

  • If this goes through the dollar will be DESTROYED!! We will have crazy inflation for sure, yet with no real guarantee that the market will rise up. I see the euro vastly overtaking the dollar in just a few years, and we will either have to use euros or invent a new currency (.her comes the amero!).

  • They made their bed... Now they can sleep in it.

    ... It's a little thing called "Accountability."

Redirect the moneys from the illegal income tax they've gathered to bail out their buddies.

  • Lies... The economy is at stake here because of the way the government managed it, instead of spending trillions on wars to gain world control, and trying to control other countries, and spraying people with chemtrails, why not manage your money towards your people. And the 700 billion should be used to better your country with health care, and clean energy technology. The American people have no idea what you spend their money on, (Black projects) so why trust you with 700 billion...

  • you make it sound like the economy is ALL the government's fault.

  • 99.4% is
