  • That looks like Northern Cali, near Marysville,Linda and Olivehurst, am I right?

  • The supercharger sounds so much cleaner than the turbo....turbo sounds forced...supercharger sounds natural

  • what year prelude had the gauges anolg nd not digital?

  • ummmmmmmmmmm i think a turbo would have made ur lude alot faster then a supercharger

  • damn reading all these reviews makes me wanna Fix up my Lude. Headers, Comeplete exhaust, intake, intake manifold. I'm beating SOHC VteC :D

  • if only they came with a v6 :(

  • @BurtonSnow241 Along with RWD.

  • @shaggy2000yt I have a 4th gen prelude with the H22a in it and I haven't been able to find a supercharger anywhere for that engine (I've found ones for the H23a1-4 but not the H22 what supercharger do you have and where did you get it? also about how much HP are you laying down?

  • who taught you how to drive? push the hell out of gear and the cluch

    your car can do BETTER

  • so what would you say is better turboing or super charge? ive never been a fan of supercharge because i feel it dosnt give you good performance and have experiance with them fuking up engines?...

  • Now i have a 93 prelude si h23 non v-tec motor. i want to put a turbo kit in it but idk if the engine will hold up. everything is stock. Advice?????

  • @bigrappainhc

sell the h23 and get a h22a vtec lol

  • @bigrappainhc You can run low boost fine in an H23.. already has lower compression pistons.

  • @bigrappainhc you can run 7psi with stock motor mild tuning to fuel and 10psi with a good tune those numbers are playing it safe though

  • Respond to this video... i would have turboed it

  • still got this car?

  • Sounds more like a bad power steering pump than a supercharger and if it is supercharged...well...its not that impressive. That seemed like a stock time to me.

  • rather quiet for a prelude i had a jr supercharged prelude sounded sick with a greddy evo 2 exhaust on it and a shit load of other mods

  • i am seriously looking at a JRSC and i have a few questions...do you mind if i message them to you?

  • do you have any problems with that tiny belt burning up every 2k miles? (common jrsc problem) and if not, howd you overcome that?

  • yeah screw 2k miles i was burning those cheap ass gates belts up every 200 miles that came with the kit...using goodyear gatorback belts is the answer...they last about 5-7k miles. Just gotta keep an eye on the little teeth (belts have teeth instead of solid ribs). Once they start falling off you know a change is coming soon.

  • o coo. how much do those run? do you have any probs with burning more oil than with the jrsc off? seriously considering getting a jrsc for mine...

  • they are 3k new, about 1200 used...you can expect to use more oil under boost is gonna increase blow by with stock rings for sure. i only ran mine for about 500 miles with the motor stock though now i've got all aftermarket internals and i only burn about 1qt every 4k miles and i'm in VTEC a lot.

  • You should post up some new videos, really interested to see the beast as it is now. Any plans on swapping pulleys with an accord for the extra boost?

Still got my lude but bought a z32tt :)

  • what size injectors are you running?

    550 or 750 ?

  • ah i remember my 01 sh it was silver! felt good to hit 120 in fourth.

take speed a step further, buy a 1000cc bike

  • you got an SH or base? and what ecu you use?

  • SH. Map ECU

  • is worth the trouble though i run a 13.0 - 13.2 1/4 mile on street tires (motor is built though u can expect 13.9 - 14.1 with stock internals)

  • not too bad takes about 2 full days everything is just bolt on for the most part you'll have to bend your abs lines to make enough room for the belt drive and if you have a cold air intake it will need to be cut shorter to fit since the jr throttle body is larger and sticks out at a different angle from the oem one also you have to ditch the crappy jr engine management and get a piggyback or standalone ecu so you can dyno tune if u want the setup to be reliable

  • watz a jr?

  • just short for jackson racing

  • its a junior. pos small engine lol

  • i love this car, how difficult is the install of the jrsc?

  • 2001

  • Nice video, which year is your H22?
