People under value the exquisite vocal phrasing in this gem. She made it sound easy but it aint. Nile Rodger's guitar on this and Give Up on the same CD/LP is his best solo playing IMO. Bernard Edwards laid down the best bass foundations I've ever heard and for me not easy to learn.

This is a TUNE! I was 14 in 1980 and thought this was a welcome addition to the great jazz-funk scene that was emerging around then. The scene had a big following in Britain. Just listen to to the production. Lead and bass guitar in the verses is sublime as is the keyboard score.
