  • Ron Paul is a cult figure, not a party standard-bearer. The only way he can get on the Republican ticket in 2012 will be as a write-in. Rick Perry is already stealing Paul's thunder with his statement about Ben Bernanke printing more money. Naturally Perry used the word, "almost" and limited the printing during the 2012 campaign. I sure Perry will not mind the printing presses running 24/7 if he's elected.

  • I like a lot of what Congressman Paul proposes to do if elected, but I'm not won over with how he would handle the poor & disadvantaged. Some of his domestic policy ideas are radical, but that may not be necessarily a bad thing given the current state of things here in the States. Obviously what are leaders are doing now isn't working, so maybe we NEED a more radical approach. I guess what I want to see is more of a middle ground approach, rather then extremes in either direction.

    They also did a report on RP and his electabitlity. That he is a serious contender. You will not see that in any MSM report.

  • I'm going on leave back to the states in a couple weeks (I'm stationed in Germany right now) I'm going to buy gold and silver once I get back. I'm so worried about hyperinflation and the way our country is going that it is hard for me to sleep at night sometimes. As an Air Force airman I support everything Ron Paul says but sometimes I fear it is too late to save what we have. No matter what I stand with the constitution and Ron Paul.Some of my friends call me radical. We will see who is right

    I'm a navy vet for Dr. Paul and I'm glad to say he's actually doing fantastic :D only three percent of the population votes in the primaries. We young people merely have to get up and vote in them! Once we get Ron infront of Obama in a debate he won't lose.
