It clearly episode states in the first episode that wednesday is 6 and pugsley is 9 (and I hope you dont think im coming off mean because,you were just trying to help me and I thank you for that) Here let me clarify what im confused about.I'm confused because this series is trying to re-ceate the original addams family,but in the original addams family wednesday younger than pugsley,but in this series wednesday and pugsley are older.

This is a remake of the original series (many episodes are based on their 60s sitcom originals), but it kept the ages of Wednesday & Pugsley from the 90s films & cartoon, because prior to Ricci's gothically sadist portrayal, Wednesday was the younger, nice sibling, as per the 60s sitcom, the crossover with Scooby, & the subsequent 70s cartoon, which means that most recent depictions of Wednesday have her follow the Ricci model.

the reason why they changed wednseday so much is becaue in the orginal lisa loring was that age and they choose her to be cut in this one wednesday is older and taller they always kept pusgsy or younger just to make the show better in the musical they made wednesday older beacuse it was time she was an adult and they could add on to it otr expand they kept pusuly young cause of wedensday

@Grigeral no shes younger than pugsley because she was 7 in the original, and the movies got some facts wrong for example Wednesday is taller than pugsley (yes i know they make her tall in the cartoon and this show but they should have gone by the original show) and if you look up wednesday on wikipedia it clearly states that wednesday is younger than pugsley.

But since the movie of 1991, they changed it, making Wednesday the older sibling.

@gzilla420 That's part of the eccentricity. Remember in the 2nd movie how Fester was technically the older brother, but Gomez was telling him to relax about finding a woman, he was still just a boy? The older sibling freezex and fills the position of younger sibling in the family, and the second child matures faster.
