Mugen hasn't been updated in ages... besides some minor tweaks here and there. You just have to customize to whatever you want.

They're not overpowered, I tend to stay away from those. I don't precisely remember where but you shouldn't have much trouble looking for them if you visit a mugen forum.

Well the screenpack is irrevelant in this video. As far as having a great mugen, I think that is opinion based since everyone has different opinions about chars.

It really doesn't matter. Evidently, there are many people out there who rather not put too much of ANY EFFORT to find anything. There are a few who sincerely try, but if they know of Mugen forums at the very least, how in the Hell do they not know of the Majority of works showned on the video?

(And if they didn't know of that, is it possible that they don't know how to correctly look for Mugen characters?!)
