I live in Mid Wales and i don't really know anyone who speaks fluent welsh exept my welsh teachers! (I'm 13 going on 14 btw and i'm a girl btw) Wales has spectacular country side and i recommend you move here! I've lived here all my life and i love it. Ok, hope this has helped a bit.
