that was an amazing "spiritual" message ( and I don't mean religious ) from Mother Mary, after all she is in the spirit plain and not here on earth with the F-ed up Catholic Church. I wish messages like from our lady. I always believed that to help bring the religious into the new age, we must do it through our religions. They are:

1 Acknowledge your Creator, who loaned you the particles that make up your soul

2 Clear your karmic past

3 Rejuvenate your physical body

We have been given commands to trigger that last two in a single step and are using the karmic clearing one in our healing work see archangel_metatron_readings page at metatronminutes website . Hopefully we will bring both forth publicly soon.

SHPATFAN~ From my understanding through Matthew Ward ~ definitely not ~ in fact, to the contrary ~ because you will feel younger, healthier & more energized than ever before. All DIS-ease & deformities etc. I believe will be healed ~ in other words, there'll be total restoration. I hope I didn't misinterpret anything though.

Many suggest this will just happen. It will not. Both karmic clearing and rejuvenation require specific intentions and actions and both need to be completed before the end of 2012. It represents a perfection of this consciousness, a requirement before Ascension. And rejuvenation Will bring forth this perfection of the physical body. We will bring more forth on this - hopefully very soon.

Where is the evidence that has been promised? If people aren't preparing, I believe it's because they are either unaware of the ascension or don't believe it's the truth. Or, they believe it will happen but may not occur in our lifetime.

@zaneaggie This is a very valid question - and that evidence has been slow in coming forth due to the persistent efforts of the dark ones who have worked very hard to prevent the Ascension process as it represents so much to them, including marking the end of the cycle of the dark across the entire cosmos. I anticipate the evidence we all seek will be with us very soon.
