I've a corset, but it's too long for me / it stabs my boobs \ so I don't use it. I kinda accepted how I look and walk with my back straight and my head held high, like everyone should. :D

and isn't corset training dangerous? I mean, if you actually shape your waist like that, all your organs will be misplaced right? So isn't it healthier just to be on a diet? I've lost a lot of inches since I started Low Carb diet, but I guess everyone has their own thing! :)

Corsets are not a permanent alteration. Once you take it off your waist will go back to how it was before. It is suggested to buy a corset 2-3 inches smaller than your actual waist.

@tiiggger sorry late reply. I don't know if it's ok to buy one 5" smaller. I would assume not as you are a beginner, 18" is really small. I would personally just go for the 20" as that is what i did as i used to have a naturally very small waist also.

@UchihaPainter Haha, you dont need any permission to buy a corset, but most of the time you have to order them online, unless you go to a renaissaince faire. But they can range from like 25 dolaars for a plastic boned one to over 300 dollars forreallly cool ones :D. Im 14 and i just ordered another from ebay for a good price.

@UchihaPainter Hey, if you wana get a corset that you'll be wearing alot, then dont get a cheap one. they have plastic boning which gives a little bit of shape but not much. if you wear them alot, they can stretch and then look bad. try to get one with steel boning (spiral is best). also, basic rule of thumb, the more bones it has, the more comfy it will be. try for around 12. dont get one with a zip, they break under the pressure, and you can wear one for school if its under your uniform.

You don't need doctors permission but i wouldn't recommend someone of your age to waist train as you are not fully developed. Prices of corsets vary. I am from the UK so can only give a guideline of prices for here but the price varies a lot depending on the make.

sorry i can't really remember as this video is very old and i don't corset train anymore. I think when i took my corset off it didn't really make much of a difference, but i didn't wear the corset much anyway.

It can change the positioning of things if you corset train to the extreme i think... but i am not too sure.

well, this was at around 21" and this took a few months from my waist size of around 24".. i didn't wear this everyday! maybe only like once a week.

a properly fitted corset feels like a really nice hug, they are not painful in the least and if they are it is due to improper lacing, lacing down to quickly or badly made corsets.

your corset wasnt made correctly, and thats dangerous not to know a proper corset.

it should have a one hundred percent straight flat front not curved.

the only thing that should curve is the sides and the back.

u are correct, and that's why i jokingly said that. the waist is full of muscles, fat, and of course organs, all of which become compressed and there is some permanent contouring. it's funny because i always see girls at the gym, obsessing about trying to shrink their waist by doing tons of sit ups, crunches, side bends, etc. and in the end, what happens when u work muscles?  that's right, they get bigger!

it only causes health problems if you go too small, like 16 inches and over do it. Im at like 21" and im fine.

Although there are some people who are at like 14 inches and are fine and healthy.

But punk 69 does them really cheap if you group order.
